Great service always a pleasure when I go. Staff is always so friendly and nice. Always have me in and out in a timely manner. Would recommend anybody to go. Great great services.

Got a «signature service» oil change and they forgot to replace a gasket so my oil leaked and smelled (burnt). Had to take it to my local shop to figure out the problem and get a new gasket.
Never going back here again. Oh and they also did NOT inspect coolant as stated in the service description — local shop said coolant was all gone.

I have been going to this location for several years now for all of my oil changes and vehicle inspections. I have never really had a problem with the service or the staff. They aren’t particularly faster or slower than anywhere else, nor are they friendlier or any more or less rude than any vehicle service establishment, especially to women. I’ve come to expect them all to be just «blah» towards me because I am a woman. But on today’s visit (for a vehicle inspection), the idiot whom I had to deal with has caused me to decide to NEVER go back. After waiting in line for 1 hour 15 minutes in a waiting area full of people, including crying children, I was called out to the service area and told that I had presented the wrong insurance card for my vehicle. I looked it over and it was correct to my knowledge. The technician walked me over to my truck to show me that the VIN on my insurance card did not match the VIN on the inside door frame on my truck. I pointed out that the vehicle had been wrecked and the door had been replaced and it was quite possible that the replacement door label was still there but he was not hearing it. I even tried to show him papers I had inside the car proving that the door had been replaced but he wouldn’t even look at it. He made me feel like I was trying to scam or fraud him in some way. I even pointed out that the VIN on the windshield on the drivers side of the car and the VIN on the inside under the hood near the engine all matched my insurance card and he looked at them and acknowledged that they did match, but he was determined to not inspect my vehicle and told me contact the registration department and my insurance company to change the VIN to match the one on the inside door frame. Now, my vehicle is a 2000 Ford F-​150 and the door label was for a 2003 Ford F-​150. If I know that I purchased a 2000 vehicle, why would I have it changed. That would be fraudulent. So, I left without having my vehicle inspection and having just waited over an hour for nothing. I am pissed and will never go back. Ladies, watch out!!! Don’t go to this place. Despite the fact that you might know more than a guy when it comes to locating a VIN on a vehicle, they won’t listen to you. Don’t allow anyone to treat you like your stupid or a fraud. That’s exactly how he tried to make me feel.

What happen to the management ?
I loved coming here because they were so friend and helpful. No they seem rude and not helpful. They would usually fill my tires with air while I was getting an oil change and now they don’t. My air pressure in my tires clearly needed some air. I come here to this specific jiffy lube because the service was great, now I think I’m going to have to go somewhere else. The price has gone up and the service has gone down… something is not right about that.

Went in to redeem my Groupon purchased for an oil change. Nothing spectacular about the customer service, although I must say the actual service itself was extremely fast! I’m almost positive I was there less than 15 minutes! Of course I was told that my air filter was dirty and that I could use a new one, but isn’t that what they always say. I would go again simply for the convenience of how quick they were.

Went to get a state inspection, was told 30 – 40 minutes wait time. Hour and half later I was told by the inspection guy that because I had my car inspected in Sugarland I would have to go back there, despite jiffy lubes deal of having the option of paying once and going up to 3 times to get your car inspected. The inspection guy then told me their computer wouldn’t hook up and then a mechanic comes in and tells me that their computer was acting up and they would have to retry and hook it up. They said something about checking the battery hook up and we agreed to that, then after agreeing to pay the inspection amount again, having the car rebooked up and checking the battery connection they put us back in line behind all the other cars getting inspected. Horrible service and it felt like they didn’t care to try and help us.

This Jiffy Lube is awesome. The employees were so kind and helpful. I got my inspection done here and it took about 20 minutes total. I forgot my insurance card at home so I got the insurance company to email it to them. The peeps at this location even printed a copy of my insurance for me! So sweet! I’ll definitely be coming back to this jiffy lube!

The employees were all very nice, though I was miss quoted on how long it would take for an oil change and had to leave and come me back. I though the oil change was expensive compared to where I usually go. Was pleased when they got me out in under 20 minutes after I returned later that day…

Do not go to this Jiffy Lube in pearland. They have employees working that will steal anything that’s worth .50 cents. When i noticed something missing from my car i immediately called the police and when they showed up I filed a incident report.

Let’s start at the beginning… They are super slow! And even more annoying? I hate when I see «customers», who are clearly friends of the service techs, pull in and get services done while I’m waiting as a paying customer. Apparently they needed the air in their tires topped off. REALLY?
Did I mention there were five techs there by 815am on Sunday and it still took an hour for me to get out of there?
The bright side is that they vacuumed the car and topped off my fluids that I never top off…

Went to Jiffy Lube for a simple oil change, and they ended up telling me i needed over $ 300 worth of work done on my car. Needless to say I don’t trust Jiffy Lube to do the work (or even accurately assess the situation). I thought the staff seemed a little older/​more professional than the last time I was there, until I got into my car and realized someone had STOLEN ALMOST ALL OF MY CHANGE from my cup holder. I agree with the other reviewer, can I give this place a negative star??? How am I supposed to trust these people with hundreds of my dollars when they can’t even keep their hands off of the $ 3 worth of change in my car? Screwheads.

Arrived at 7:50 Saturday morning and they open at 8 a.m. Before I arrived at the front door, someone was already approaching my and asked me what they can do. I told them a old change asked for my key. They started to work before their schedule time. I was out there in 30 minutes. I am not a big fan of jiffy lube because of the upscales, but since my regular place where I get my oil change already have 15 cars in front of me when I got there at 7, I had to go somewhere else. It is good place to go because you can tell from the parking lot and the garage bays if the busy are not.

Can I give this place a negative star? Awful service and so slow. When I drove up into a bay, I asked how long would this take (I was trying to get out of town before the traffic got bad). They told me,“15 minutes.” Awesome — - NOT! They backed my car out and pulled another car into my place. And then did their typical «you need a new air filter and wiper blades». Oh heck no, I just want my oil changed so I can get out of town! I left 45 minutes later. Slow service, lying technicians just to force you to stay. Do not go here! There is a place just down the street that will do an oil change and full car wash/​vacuum for just a little more.

I went into this Jiffy Lube for a State Inspection. I do all of my own maintenance on my vehicles so I have never had an oil change here. While I was waiting for the inspection to get done, I noticed they were calling everyone that was there getting their cars serviced and trying to upsale them on things. This is one of the main reasons why I never take my cars for fluid changes at these places, that and the fact that they have no clue what they are doing. Then it was my turn, the tech came out and said he needed to show me something, he could not get the gas cap to pass. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was not throwing a code for the Evap System (Gas Cap) leaking. He stated that the grand cherokee would not throw a code for that. I thought that was weird since I have a previous Jeep Wrangler of the same year model and once threw a code because of the gas cap. I was stuck, if I told him not to replace the gas cap, which he convenientely had onhand, he would fail my inspection and I would have to go and get a new one and return and wait again for the inspection to be completed. I told them to go ahead and do it. Come to find out, the same thing exactly had happened to my sister-​in-​law when she took her car there for an inspection. Then after getting home and doing research, I found out my Jeep Grand Cherokee does throw a code for a leaking gas cap. I will NEVER return to this Jiffy lube for anything. I know a $ 10 gas cap is not much money, it’s the principal of it and the fact that they do it to everyone. They are scam artists.

I visit this place for my oil change on Saturdays. nice people. how ever I think paying from 39.99−89.99 for a oil change is a bit much.

This Jiffy Lube doesn’t really have the best location, which might explain why there’s hardly ever anyone here, but that is just fine with me since it means I can usually get in and out of here in a reasonable time. The guys are quick, courteous, and don’t try and screw you over on the little add ons. Granted, I’m never going to be mistaken for a grease monkey, but I can tell a dirty air filter from a clean one, and appreciate that these guys don’t try sell me one every time I go in.
I do have a problem with that wishful thinking mileage sticker they put on the windshield though. Come on guys, synthetic oils last waaaay longer than 3,000 miles.
