Don’t use this cleaners! They lose clothes, tell you that you never left anything are exteamly rude! They finally found the pants & shirt, but they were ruined. The button was broke and there were new stains on the shirt, had to argue to get button fixed, only to pick it up with the wrong size button, & it still had stains! Owner is cheap rude and has no idea how to-​deal with customers. STAY AWAY!

Stay away. Poor customer service. I’ve had multiple problems with this store. Recently they did not dry clean a pair of pants and I did not discover it until I got home. Then I had to call (wasting my time and energy) to find out why… they claimed the pants were «damaged» — Well, why didn’t you tell me about the damage when I droppped them off and pre-​paid you for the work? And furthermore, why didn’t you tell me about it when I picked UP the pants having already paid you for the work? Their reply: «Sorry, we’ll issue you a store credit»…like I want to go back here. Stay away from Jill’s — looking for another dryer cleaner.
