I was disappointed by this place. I was originally attracted by the drop box and discount it you pay up front. well, those conveniences were quickly overridden once I picked up my first (and last) load.
l dropped my shirts off to be laundered, amongst them the tuxedo shirt I’d worn to my wedding. When I got it back, it had a tag on it saying «we were unable to remove the stains from this garment”… It was not heavily stained. I wore this at my wedding, so mind you they weren’t even GOOD party stains. We’re not talking about hooker blood & cocaine residue here, just sweat & body oils on the cuffs & collar.
They dry «cleaned» and pressed the shirt anyway, and I was worried that had set in the stains. l took it home, and 2 runs through a hot wash with bleach & Oxy clean, and the stains were all but gone.
Long story short, these guys do a half assed job.
