Took my vehicle in because the guy gave me a quote over phone for $ 190 brake pads rotors bleed and flush breaks. etc… When i had my car dropped off they quoted $ 350 to $ 500 and when questioned about it they said the guy who gave quote was not available because he had leave and help a customer. And to top it off they charged me $ 48 diagnostic fee which I did not need because I already knew what I needed. If I was there I would have refused to pay that diagnostic fee but I was not so I feel I got screwed. Stay far far away from this place. They are full of lies and will try to get any penny they can from you! I ended up taking my car to my dealership. Just thought I could get a better deal outside the dealership but I was wrong. I paid half price this place wanted to charge me

The gentleman in the office was very pleasant and courteous. That was the only good thing. I went in for brake pad replacements, quoting around $ 130. They called and gave me an estimate close to $ 700 for a complete rear brake job. I know I was not needing a full rear brake job as I just had front pads and a full inspection a month ago at my «trusted» mechanic. The only reason I chose Just Brakes was due to a special(my mistake). My vehicle has 60k miles and Just Brakes stated I needed rotors, pads and calipers. Calipers should last close to 100k. I recently had the rear rotors machined. I understand they are at the end of their life but they should last another 20k. I just feel they were trying to rip me off… so be cautious.
