You know, I always get happy whenever I see that the name tag says that I’m dealing with a manager. Well, for some reason, this manager was an absolute idiot. He took FOREVER searching & chatting away with some customer while a line of 5 – 6 people formed.
I will never be back. I already had a hate relationship with Office Depot & Office Max & I’d rather go elsewhere than come back to this overpriced, under-educated dump.

I’m making inviations, so I went to Office Depot to get my invitations cut in two different sizes. I told the guy Calvin what I needed to be done and he act if I was wasting his time, maybe since it was so small but so important to me. He said he couldn’t cut my paper because it was sensitive paper and it wouldn’t work on the machine and he didn’t want to help me cut by hand either by using the hand machine, even though that’s an option. So he look like he was done with the conversation and I mentioned if he would cut my other paper which was cardstock and he gave me another careless look and response. My first time there and last!

I wish that I had gotten the name of the salesman that helped us. But he went above and beyond my expectations. We were looking for a certain sized address label and he not only checked to see if they had it in the store he also checked nearby stores and with his manager just to double check to see that what we wanted didn’t exist. Very pleasant experience!

I’ve done business w the Office Depot co for several years. When this 1 opened n this location a few years back I was excited about having a location closer. But I’ve never been particilarly satisfied w this store. Staff has always generally been helpful. But the merchandise availability sucks. I find I’d rather drive over Hwy 35 or even Edgebrook than be disappointed again in not finding even the most basic of items.

Came one evening to make copies. Machine broke and the other was being used as a work center for someone inconsiderate. Copy & shipping center was too busy and finding an available associate or manager took over 10 mins. Had to go to Fed Ex.

I’ve been coming here a lot lately to print 3 and 4 page documents since my printer is just about to kick the bucket. And, if you can judge a place on how they treat people with 32 cent tabs, I’d say this place is pretty awesome.
Usually pretty quick. Great service. Lots of parking.
