Office Depot

Office Depot has plenty of office supplies to choose from, but their customer service at this particular location is horrible. I wanted a few items laminated. I went to the area where they do so and was told immediately that they couldn’t do it because the item was too big. I didn’t even take it out of the bag for them to even see how big it was. When I showed them the item, they said their laminating machine was down. Which is it? Was the item too big or was their machine down? I asked where I could get it done and she blankly stared at me and asked if I wanted to check out. I then told her she never answered my question. I’m not sure if she blacked out or what, but her attention for sure wasn’t on her customer. I definitely will not be back to this location.

Service here is terrible. I stood in front of the register, but the cashier didn’t greet me or tell me she would be with me in a second. She was just doing something else. It wasn’t until the other register was opened that she told me to go over there to be assisted. And even then, after a long wait, the other cashier assisted two other people before me. No apology. Nothing.

I just came in here to print my boarding pass. It had taken a few minutes to bring up the page and in that time the worker went to help someone else. I waited (for like a second… Not a big deal!) and since it was one sheet she told me it was on the house. Very friendly!

I come in here several times a week for my job as an office assistant and every time the customer assistance is terrible, they are way under staffed and don’t make the customers a priority at all, In fact they act as if they try to avoid customers. There is never anyone at the check out counter and the people behind the printing desk are always rude, rude, rude. Like I said I come in here several times a week and have never seen any improvements. I hate that I have to come to this location.

This is probably the smallest Office Depot I have ever been in… however, it still has everything you need, just less of it.
I used to order everything online, but something about the smell of a brick and mortar store is just comforting.
The staff here is very friendly… and the store is never packed. So if you’re in the mood to play with office supplies and not be bothered by customers giving you the stink eye, then this Office Depot is for you!!!
Heck, with all the desks and furniture, you might even be able to set up shop there in the afternoon… hold meetings and pow wows!!! Plenty of notepads to take notes also!!!
