Horrible customer service! Worst I’ve received. I ordered a fruit punch and it had a weird taste to it, so I asked if I could exchange it (the drink was filled all the way to the top) and a lady with a horrible attitude said «the line is too long to be changing drinks». I will forsure not come back, and I do not feel like an appreciated customer. Y’all really need to talk to the employees and train them on how to treat people if y’all want this business to succeed. It was my first time and I must say I was very disappointed.

Sure the lanes are a little wobbly, and the balls leave much to be desired, but when you get that one right ball that fits and you begin to play it doesn’t matter. This is cheap bowling at its finest. Six dollar pitchers. Two dollar chili cheese fries. This is a fun and inexpensive way to spend a Friday night. It is good old fashioned family fun.

Great place for a party. Inexpensive, good food, great fun. Staff is very friendly and accommodated every need we had. We arrived and everything was all set up. We just brought the cake and they took care of everything else. It is what I would call an «old school» bowling alley. Nothing fancy… but it is clean, the staff is great and the price can’t be beat.

Before I begin let me say that I am, personally, shocked that they have as many stars as they do.
As far as the bowling… it was fine… mediocre to say the least. Old place, chipped balls, our ball got stuck twice at the end by the pins. The re-​setter arm knocked my pins over (not complaining… upped my score to a spare). The bowling wasn’t the problem… for me.
For me it was the customer service. Specifically at the snack bar. They rolled there eyes anytime you had a order of two or more things. But you were lucky if they were even PRESENT to do the eye roll. 9 out of 10 times ALL employees were outside smoking. Yelling through the door for Customers to «come back in like, three minutes when I finish this (holding up cigarette)». Sometimes they didn’t yell anything… because they didn’t see you… Because they weren’t paying attention. We waited like 10 minutes one time for someone to notice us and go tell the girls they had a customer. and a few more minutes for them to actually come inside… and then roll their eyes because we wanted more than one thing.
The beer line and food line rules are also pointless. I stood in the beer line and waited while people ahead of me ordered multiple beers and multiple food items. All the while there was a line in the food line waiting to make there orders as well.
Once you get past all of that its time to wait for your food. You give your name and they page you over the intercom when your food is ready. Be warned; if you show up early to check your food status two things will happen; 1. You get the infamous eye roll and a sarcastic «it’s not ready» and 2. You will see your food sitting on the counter waiting to be prepped (buns and meat laying out for lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) it’s pretty gross to see, frankly. I literally stood and stared at my boyfriends bacon burger sitting open on the (messy) prep table for 7 minutes. Luckily I opted for mini corn dogs and watched her from across the room so I would know when they were done (no prep needed).
Also if your a germ-​a-​phob, they were dressed very unprofessionally with no hair nets or gloves (that I saw). And couldn’t have possibly washed there hands after smoking.
In short, This place needs some structure. and a strict manager.

The place is racist … They make up random rules that are NOT even on their rule boards or posters !!! The employees take a lot of smoking breaks and they don’t give receipts for any purchase. This place sucks it’s no Bueno amigo

I took my kids to bowl here for the first time. We will never return. The lady at the desk was really not helpful or courteous. We got our shoes and the one ball she would let us use between us and were put on a lane in between 2 lanes being used by big parties. Nearly 20 lanes were empty in the place and my kids and I had no chair or table to use even close to our lane. The scoring system kept breaking down and they wouldn’t or couldn’t fix it, nor would they move us to another lane! So I paid (which I was annoyed about since we really didn’t get to play a game!) and left… will never return.

Packed on Wednesday nights since it’s half priced after 6pm. ($ 1.50 per game and $ 1 for shoe rental)
The interior is definitely a bit old, but there’s no cigarette smell.
The selection of bowling balls is limited– about 90% of them don’t have number labels and the ones that do say 14 lbs. It was also difficult for me to find balls that my fingers could comfortably grasp.

Low life’s running the alley and try and change the price of bowling for each group based on race of the customers. When our group got bowling balls they were chipped and crack and nasty gunk in the finger holes. The music was trashy with cussing and swear through out each song. Tables and chairs were knocked over and trash overflowing the trash cans. Drunk bikers yelling and cussing up a storm. Would not recommend this alley to anyone, not a family friendly place at all. Absolutely trash service and workers. SMOKERS were smoking cigarettes everywhere inside the alley. Had to share bowling balls with the group next to us. Place was absolutely terrible. — LARY

I think this will be my new hangout spot to roughen up my skills. I used to bowl awhile back in high school and I understand the layout of bowling alleys.
Does it need a newer look? No. The interior of alley had an old school feel to it, lined with carpet once you enter, on the right there’s an area to order food or beverage. Behind each lane were tables. Do most people want newer bowling alleys? Yes, well go to one then and expect to pay more.
Will balls and pins get stuck fall in the gutter? Yes. Well, reset the pins, aim to knock the pin or ball in the correct order, or roll the ball with enough force when bowling, or tell the desk person and you problem solved. Those are a couple techniques you learn while bowling for a while and being in tournaments.
A common bowling technique is to wait for the other person lateral to you to bowl or guarantee you will be distracted and may not bowl well. It’s just common courtesy.
Anyways, enough with the techniques let’s get to the review. The women’s restroom is behind Lane 4 and above numbers. It is dark when you first walk in near the doors. But very clean and fresh!
The lane computers, Qubica could be a little tough. You must push down hard on the keys in order to type your name in it. If you want to type use the orange oval button to start and finish.
The music choice was awesome they played a lot of classic rock music. If you like classic music like I do then you know it helps a lot to bowl.
The bowling ball selection is not all that great. They have mostly black balls, but not enough 10 lb. balls and too many higher number bowling balls. Next time, I will just bring one of my three bowling balls.
Here is a couple bowling etiquette:
You never want to go with a ball that is too light or too heavy. If it’s too light you will end up throwing it in the air damaging something or throwing it to rough where it never meets the lane and if it’s too heavy you will end up hurting your fingers or even your muscles. Keep in mind, you have to pick the ball up and roll it with one hand. You always need to go with something, that’s just right.
Also, never pick up a ball from the ball release with one hand all you will be doing is straining your wrist. A common bowling ball etiquette is too use both hands in choosing a ball.
Also, filter the balls on the release. It’s not good to allow the ball to clutter up the spot where incoming balls are coming up. If you don’t filter and then you will be asking for a hand injury or worse.
If you want to bowl better use the little dots below your feet or arrows above the foul line. Those are target dots and arrows and they are there to help you bowl better. You initially want to aim for the first and third pin forcefully. You initially will be left with a spare or strike.
It is never good to bowl with one of the pins not present. You should always have 10 pins up. If you bowl with one of the pins down then your scoring will be off.
So, back to the review. The pricing –it was $ 7 per person to bowl shoes included. It’s an hour bowl, for us of three people, we were able to bowl 2 games completed and the 3^rd game halfway done. We just had three more frames to go.
This is one of the best bowling alleys nearby. I will have to look into if they have any tournament bowling or bowling leagues for my age or above.

Not every bowling alley you go to will be sparkly shiny new; majority of them are old-​fashioned and most of us like them that way. I was apart of my high school bowling team for 3 years and I loved it. We always played at old, dirty, and smelly bowling alleys except for one (it was new), but usually those of the alleys that are family-​owned.
The ladies restroom was absolutely clean and it smelled so good in there. (I just needed to put that out there) and also the alley doesn’t smell like liquour or anything old. It didn’t have a smell to me. They had a young lad cleaning up. he was nice to put down the rails for us.
If you say you wanna go to an alley that is chained like AMF. you will be paying some money. Now, for me back in high school I was an excellent bowler. met a lot of great people doing it. Its been about 4 years since I haven’t bowled and I wasn’t as good as I hoped, but practice makes perfect.
Now, this bowling alley was cheap: $ 7 with the shoes included. For three people all in all: 7×3 = 21. It was $ 21 for an hour game: 3 games total. Wow, I didn’t notice that just until then. math seems so helpful now.
Anyways, the staff were all nice. The lanes were pretty good, but they didn’t have enough 10 lb balls. No problem, I have my own ball at home that I keep on forgetting to bring with me when I come bowling.
They sell food, beer, and sodas. On the inside it looks just like any bowling alley. it made me feel as if I was back at Paradise Lanes in Jackson, MS rolling in strikes and spares.
I had such a fun time and will be back to sharpen up my skills.

It’s a decent price for a bowling experience. Went here for a date. The flat rate we paid was for shoes, the lane, and as many games we could fit in in the hour or two. So, that was cool. Overall, I had a great tie. They could use a better stock of bowling balls. and maybe do some maintanence on their flooring.

The lanes are dry and poorly attended, staff and equipment is terrible, the tv screens break, the porter rarely picks up dead ball/​wood. The porter actually cussed at me and the desk workers obviously hate their jobs and are pretty much apathetic ²⁴⁄₇

It’s great for bowling. Amazing grilled cheese! Love how patient the employees are with children. My girls aren’t very good at the speed of the delivery and the balls often get stuck half way down the lane. Always have a smile when retrieving for us.
Only drawl back is I feel very dirty there. Like everything is dirty. Carpets, tables, hand rails. Maybe it’s the age of the building but they could stand to remodel and give it a deep cleaning.

Dirty, cheap, and no wifi. It smells like liquor but only serves beer. Luckily the guys in the lane next to me let me hit his flask. It is exactly what I would expect from a small town bowling center. Luckily it does have bowling.

Just the perfect experience for friends, family’s, and birthday party’s. I really enjoyed it.

Been coming here my whole life lol! Recently had my sons birthday party here. The price was great! Included his friends, drinks, plates, cups, shoes, and bowling balls. Food was extra but cheap per item! Only had to put down like $ 10 to reserve lanes.

I used to love going here but the past time unfortunately we got a lane that was very difficult to play on. The man at the counter was very rude when we had to repeatedly ask for a ball return. I expected a lot better from this bowling alley and will be looking for a new establishment in the future.

I actually like this place, despite the so-​so reviews. I was expecting sooo much worse hehe :) Yes it’s old, and yes it needs upkeep which is why I gave it 4 stars. Make sure you pay per game, and not per hour. We once got lane 25 and it (plus lane 26) kept getting a stuck ball. We ended up losing like 15/​20min of that hour because they kept having to go back and manually unclog the balls. The equipment is old, fine, I’ll just use other lanes from now on and have not had problem yet.
Also, this place is CHEAP compared to others in the area. The food and beer is also a good deal ($ 6/​pitcher).
The crowd is not bad, a lot of families. Sometimes the parents let the kids run around all over the place, but that’s not really the bowling alley’s fault, just bad parenting. Just a heads up! lol. I almost accidentally hit a 2 yr old with a bowling ball, when she suddenly ran in front of me right before I rolled the ball. Wow. Phew! Lawsuit avoided.
Also: cash only!

It’s cheap here and the food is fair. What sucks is the cash only deal.

Surprisingly, you might want to prepare yourself for a wait as this place gets packed up fairly quickly. They do offer a small selection of beer but anything not on tap tends to be on the skunky side. Didn’t try the food so I’m no help there but overall service is about average for a bowling alley.
All in all, don’t be scared to try this place… just don’t get your expectations up before doing so.
