Pearland Pediatrics

My daughter saw Dr Onhaizer today for her 4 year old checkup and it was the best visit we’ve ever had anywhere! He is kind, amazing with children and a pleasure to visit with. The staff was fantastic as well. We were unhappy we the physician we saw last year and almost switched offices but I am so glad we just switched physicians.

My daughter has been coming to Pearland pediatrics for 4yrs. I believe it has had some recent change in the front desk staff. It is a good change. The staff is very nice and attentive. They are always very quick to answer the phone when I’m calling for an appointment. They always call back when they say they will. They provide this walk-​in clinic you can take your child to before the actual office opens. I’m glad I found a pediatrics office I love!

My child has been going to this doctor since he was 4 months old. He previously went to Kagan pediatrics and we were not very happy with them. But we cannot say enough about this office. The wait times are always fairly short. (Typically about 10 – 20 minutes) The nurses are always very nice. There does seem to be a wait time once we are in the room of about 20 more minutes (sometimes more, sometimes less) BUT… when we do see the doctor, she NEVER tries to rush us and she spends PLENTY of time answering all of our questions. I don’t mind waiting if I know that I’m going to get the time I need to answer the questions I have. Overall I’m always happy with the service. I’ve many times had to call on a saturday, (my child had 8 ear infections in 6 months and he seemed to like getting them on saturdays) and I always able to get in to see the doctors on saturday. No better feeling than knowing that you have other options than going to the ER on the weekends. Thank you everyone!

I originally had this as a «2 star» but I changed it to 3 simply because I do like some of the docs there.
The wait time is crazy though. You’re talking about a office just for kids & we all know that small children do not have the best waiting skills. It’s like going in there sets them up to fail & only stresses the parents out. To make it extra special, they have a sign in front saying «If you are more than 15 mins late, please see receptionist. You may need to reschedule your appointment». To me, it says their time is valuable but yours is not.
Most of the nurses are rude & not very kid-​friendly.

Love all the office staffs and the doctors here! Very attentive, helpful, and over all the best place I took my little brother here!
