We had a grand opening for our business and they did not show. We booked 2 weeks in advance and were guaranteed to have a delivery by noon. Thank goodness for Texas Portable (not to be confused with Texas Waste Co.) they sent one within the hour for us. We will not be calling this company back. They also do not provide an answering service on the weekends and give no emergency contact.
