Starbucks

I have rated this lower in the past, but they seem do be doing MUCH better at this location. The staff are professional, friendly and the place is clean! I still wish it had a drive through.

WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU AS MUCH ESPRESSO AS YOU PAID FOR, EVEN IF YOU ORDER AN EXTRA SHOT! I have been a Starbucks regular for a little over 3 years now, meaning I go in almost every single day. After going to this location for over a year, I never expected this extreme level of unprofessionalism. Grace, a Starbucks employee, deliberately put egg nog in mine and my boyfriend’s drinks to make them taste bad. I have never had to drive back to a Starbucks, and accuse someone of sabotaging my drink, until now. The worst part about it, when we drove back to ask her to remake it, she started throwing a temper tantrum and throwing things everywhere (even splashing coffee all over the counter & almost on my boyfriend). She didn’t even try to deny tampering with our drinks, and adding eggnog, which she had mentioned to me before that it was disgusting. As of that day, we completely quit going to this terrible location. We have started going to Barnes & Noble café, only to learn that at the other location, they were not giving us as much espresso as we paid for. Meaning they were not only making our drinks with less espresso than required, but they also charged us for an extra shot every day, but didn’t put it in our drinks. We honestly have never been rude to any of these employees in the slightest way, so I think it’s safe to assume that bad management is to blame for the extreme lack of customer service and skimping people on espresso.

I like this Starbucks. The coffee and frappucinos are great, however you guys need to seriously consider building a drive-​thru like some of the other Starbucks. Who wants to park in that tiny lot and get out in the heat, cold, or rain to get coffee? Please build a drive-​thru.

This is an OK start. It is exactly what you would expect. Long lines but that’s typical. Quick in mediocre service. And the typical menu items in coffee drinks don’t demonstrate much creativity. But this is an OK place if you need some caffeine and possibly with some sugar

This Starbucks frequently has a long line to order drinks, but has very few indoor seating options.
Also, they ran out of green tea the last time I went. Wtf.

They make great drinks! Wifi is great but there pastries are limited and there is no drive through.

The food and coffee is always good but I only give three stars because for one they don’t have adequate seating. I suppose this isn’t their fault because the building is small. And this place doesn’t have the relaxing ambiance and studious atmosphere of most coffee shops. It is very fast paced and LOUD. Inside there are regularly ppl horsing around and being loud, carrying on loud conversations in person or over the phone. The outdoor patio doesn’t compensate because the sounds of 518 are atrocious and many times people are out there smoking nasty cigars. Moral of the story… Come here only for a drive by snack or if you like to enjoy your coffee in a crowded noisy bar type setting.

The two ladies working today were much more interested in their own conversation, then helping customers. Also, neither my name or drink name were called. I’m a pretty easy going guy, so I definitely wasn’t being rude.

Great location. A little tiny, but the outside patio area makes up for it. Makes my coffee fast & sweet!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Service is always fast and friendly. My vanilla blonde roast coffee, Vanilla latte or any other drink I order is always made as requested and taste wonderful. Excellent Starbucks location. You go in enough, they even know you and what you regularly order. Awesome!

Was in the area and decided to meet a client here to go over a project. They have a great community style wooden table with power strip attached to the lip of table, very convenient. It was a great work space. Would of enjoyed the patio area also if the weather was cooler. The staff were very friendly, though at the time I was there they ran out of ice and we’re turning customers away. I thought that going to the grocery store in same center or to the nearby starbucks they were sending customers too for ice would of been a better option.

I’ve frequented this location about 50 or so times since moving to Pearland (prior to joining Unilocal), and each visit had been pretty consistent. I’m always in and out no matter what time of day I come. On the weekends, I may sit at one of the tables outside if there’s enough shade. All of the baristas are nice and friendly. I’m always greeted upon arrival, asked about my morning and/​or wished a great day. I have nothing against any of the other baristas, but Buddha and Trenton just happen to be my favorites.
My normal drink is the iced white mocha, but during summer and winter, I like the seasonal drinks, so lately it’s been the caramel ribbon crunch. I’ve tried the mocha cookie crumble and espresso Frappuccinos, but they weren’t as good to me. I’m not a big fan of hot coffee and I rarely order bottled drinks or food, so this review is just for the baristas, the casual atmosphere and the cold drinks.

I like to go to this starbucks, too. It’s literally across from walmart. It feels pretty homey. There are always old Vietnamese guys sitting outside of this starbucks playing 13 and drinking coffee. I used to go here to use their wifi’s or just chill out.

New clientele. Love the changes made, being that I haven’t been in here in a few years. Anyway, I ordered a banana nut loaf. I love how their menu items have changed in size, appearance, and taste. So much better.

One of the better Starbucks! Friendly staff! Always give great customer service. Glad they remodeled and made it better looking.
They know me so well that I don’t even have to tell them what I want.

Can I give zero stars? Place is too small for the traffic they get, no drive through, and it’s overpriced.
not enough tables to sit at. You have the usual Starbucks people that turn their table into a desk with their laptops, briefcase, and all of their crap. Looks like they have been parked there for hours.
I have given up Starbucks and couldn’t be happier!

Hmmmmm not too different from other Starbucks, this one is quite busy & active.
Upon entrance the line forms, which is a little overwhelming as one is unsure of the line formation begins & where do you stand & wait for your drinks.
Tables to the left & some to the right. Ehhhhh. One way in & the same way out. Ughhhh.
Glad to just be visiting.

How does this place have such high rating?! The last two times I’ve been here, they’ve managed to mess up my cappuccino. How? Well, they made me a latte instead and the «barista» commented «oh, you didn’t ask for it dry». Umm, no… if you look at what a cappuccino is — it’s half steamed milk, half foam with shots of espresso and NOT all steamed milk with a bit of foam.
The «barista» made me another one and she still didn’t make me a cappucinno. I just gave up and left since I needed to get to work. Meh…

This Starbucks is up to par with all the others. Staff is friendly. It’s a little on the small side for the traffic they get. In the morning there is always a line, so I rarely go here except on the weekends.
Hint, there is a Starbucks in the Randall’s right behind this place, and you can zip in and out of there for coffee in a fraction of the time waiting in line at this location.

3 5-​star reviews in a row? Wooo! I’m on a roll this year with no disappointments! Everyone’s before-​work coffee shop should be 5 stars anyway! Convenience, fast service, good quality coffee. It’s why we keep going back. isn’t it?
Like any other Starbucks, if you’re a frequent flyer, the Baristas will start to remember you, but most importantly, remember your drink! However, I’m not a crazy Starbucks nit picker. When I hear them order, all I hear is: «Venti 114 degree, 3/18’s of skim milk, 2 and a quarter shots of espresso, 7 pump vanilla, no foam, 3 splenda LATTE» Eh?! And they say it as fast as that hot wheels guy from back in the day! That may be over-​exaggerated but that’s just how insane I feel it to be. What ever happened to just ordering a cup o’ joe?
Triple Grande Skinny Peppermint Mocha. Ta-​da! I try to keep it on the simple side these days.
The closing shift guys are pretty awesome. They always remember the eggplant scrubs and the little girl that comes in 4 minutes before closing asking for a grande skinny peppermint mocha (only while sugar-​free peppermint pumps last). After working hard all day, at this time, they still have the happiest attitudes and the funniest side comments. They always seem to get my day (night) started on the right track :)
