I would give this location zero stars if that were an option. My 13 year old loves this store, that is when it’s open because it seems they are always closed for some reason or another. Background: She goes shopping with her friends like all teenage girls love to do, she buys something on her debit card but the pants fall apart before she can even wear them, wants to take them back for an exchange. I decided to go with her because there were other stores I was visiting. Here’s the problem: my daughter is told she cannot return/​exchange anything without an ID. She’s 13 and doesn’t have an ID! I step in and start asking questions and I make my statement of «you’re allowing a 13 year old to make a debit card purchase, yet require a valid ID for any return/​exchange?» The assistant store manager, Chiquita was unbelievably rude, rolled her eyes, and acted superior, which shocked me. Chiquita states to me that they do not require proof of ID for a debit/​credit card purchase, only returns. In order for my daughter to exchange her pants I had to give my ID. Joslin who was helping us along with Chiquita was rude as well. I have shopped at Pink in other cities, Dallas, etc. and this was never once an issue of needing to exchange something. I was told that the reason they do it at the PTC location is because of the area and theft/​return abuse problems. I think it’s a means of profiling and its ridiculous. I am severely disappointed how these two employees treated me and my daughter. Other employees were nice, these two though by no means had any customer service skills. I will no longer allow my daughter to ever shop at this location, and I will not be returning either.

I shop at Victoria’s Secret about twice a year. Generally for the semi-​annual sale in Jan and July, I stick up.
It’s usually a mess in the store, but it’s the biggest sale of the year for them so it’s to be expected.
This location always has the sizes I need and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

This location appears small but has a lot of items. My teenage daughter likes their Pink selection from this location compared to the Galleria, if you have believe it.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for miss erma she truly has the energy and attitude of a great sales associate! Other girls have been friendly but ms lacy and this other girl where extremely rude when I tried to use a coupon. They where giving an attitude and making me feel as if i was lying or the coupon was fake or something. they even made me delete the coupon in front of them with an attitude. Whatever happen to the customer is always right? When I asked for the customer service number and their names miss lacy made a smirk as if I was crazy. As a sales associate you have to understand the customer is always right and when it comes to retail you always have to have a positive and FRIENDLY attitude no matter what. If only there could all be like miss erma. So if you ever need help just ask miss erma specially when you have a coupon! :)
