I’ve been coming here for years and I never learn my lesson about how the docs are ALWAYS late and the staff isn’t the friendliest. I have an appointment for 11:30 and I’m still waiting. What’s crazy is how they easily get you out from your contacts so you wait blindly for your doc to meet you. Umm, why not do it a little later because I can’t see anything and it makes me SUPER uncomfortable! Yes, I’m pissed and sitting here still waiting and blind (my phone is held up super close to me right now). Anyway, this year, it looks like they stop providing you with the sample solutions and whoever the eye tech person was tried to tell me to throw away my contact. I told her I just out these on this week and she’s like «oh, my bad. People usually leave them on for a long time.» Umm, DONT ASSUME! Ask!
Ugh… I am going to need to find a new optometrist.

Very disappointed with this doctor. I tried to reason with this doctor when she denied my employee the proper paperwork because she does not like the line of work he is in. she then tried to give me a host of other excuses when i confronted her on the fact that her personal feelings have no place in changing a state required form. After charging for this visit she then REFUSED to make a phone call to clear up the problem that she caused by altering the state required document. Her answer to me was smug and rude. She replied that she had a life and wasn’t going to make time for the phone call. Amazing that people still feel they have the right to act in such a way. I would expect more of a doctor than this kind of childish immature behavior.

I came in today with a friend for his eye exam for his profession. The exam came back with perfect results, but the doctor said that she altered the results because she didn’t like the line of work he was in. She submitted the results and refused to change them. Now he’s stuck not being able to move ahead with this job. He’s going to be out lots of time and money.
Honestly, this place should be avoided. It’s an ethical nightmare.

I’ve been a customer of Vision Etc. for over 11 years, ever since I got my first pair of glasses here back when I was in the 4^th grade. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I never have to wait long for my appointment. Everything is always very neat and tidy and the appointment is very efficient; I never have to wait a long time to see my optometrist or go to the next part of my annual eye exam. In addition, they have a great selection of glass frames and they make your frames so fast (I recently ordered new glass frames and they told me that it would be ready in 3 hours; 20 minutes later, they called and said my glasses were ready). I highly recommend Vision Etc. to anybody who needs to get glasses or have their annual eye exam!

after visiting a couple of other local optometry shops, i found my way back to Vision Etc. Because i had a prescription and knew exactly the frames i wanted, it was as it should have been… PAINLESS PROCEDURE. i must give them credit, in spite of my needs being minimal, they gave me MAXIMUM customer service and satisfaction. when my frames arrived, they took their time to ensure my fit was acceptable and advised me to return with any concerns. they have a pretty good variety of designer frames. thanks Vision Etc.
