Wingstop

If I could give less I surely would… I usually love their this wing stop but today was truly a piece of work. First I called and ordered a combo. Normally I get 15 wings but decided on the 12 piece combo I spoke with Alejandra (she was very dry in her tone rushing me through my order) I had never ordered the 12 wings. She took the order and told me it was 19.24, I didn’t understand why it was so much and I asked her to give a rundown she said its 12 wings, fries, drink, and 2 rolls I told her I ordered 15 wings before and it was never that pricey she responded dryly «that’s the price». I placed the order she said 17 mins. I went in 17 mins later and she told me it’s another 6 mins. After I paid she said you get two drinks. I was confused and when she gave me a receipt I notice I have 2 drinks, 2 fries, and 12 wings. Really? I am one person she did not do a good job of offering any kind of customer service which could’ve prevented this from happening. On top of the extra wait and the poor customer service the rolls were hard as rocks «who eats hard rolls like that?» and the fries and chicken smelled like cigarettes «maybe someone was smoking or it was in their clothes» I couldn’t even eat it. so upset…

Placed an online order around 2:30 for a 3:45 pickup. It’s is now 4:00 and still waiting. Rude employee at front. Ridiculous!

I was craving wings all day, I rarely do. The cashier seemed zoned out and ready to end his shift. No big deal, I was there for the food. They told me it would be a 17 min wait after ordering. I felt that was too long but worth the wait for hot fresh wings. I got a 8 piece lemon pepper and Cajun. The lemon peeper were decent temps tire but the Cajun were cold as soon as they got to the table. I hate returning food because I fear it being tampered with. So disappointing! I will not be back to this location gross old wings.

Great customer service! Wings are hot! You don’t have to wait long — or at least you don’t have to wait beyond the time that they promise. Wings are a nice size. Flavors are good. I no longer go to the Shadow Creek location because the customer service is awful. This is my favorite location.

Cooked my wings a little too much and hence it wasn’t juicy. Watched the first Rockets playoff game of 2015 here. The restroom was clean but the sink had a plumbing issue.

Service was great bit the wings are too small. Half the order look like nuggets… Not happy with this to go order. They owe me ½ an order of wings.

It’s 2014 now! Just ordered by phone, waited 4 minutes then got the order in. Nice and friendly gal answering the phone.

First off I love wing stop. This experience was totally bad. We ordered a lunch order for the staff and when it arrived everyone has soggy fries and the orders were wrong. I called the business back and talked to the manager and she advised me she placed the order in the bag and that it was correct. She proceeded to read the order back to me and realized that she put the wrong food in the bag. She did not say she would fix the order or anything! I work customer service and would never talk to a customer that way! Do not waste your time or money!

Disappointing. The service is awful and the food isn’t that good either compared to their other restaurants in the Houston area. The employees are just a bunch of kids that invite their friends over to hang out while they work and distract them from the customers that come in. They can’t seem to ever get an order right and roll their eyes when you tell them that it’s wrong. I’ll stick to other places for wings from now on. It’s not worth the hassle here.

My family and I like the wings. The people there can be very rude. Ordering over the phone is horrible. I just keep going back because I hope turn over will bring employees that will be polite.

The service here is great. Everyone is friendly and the food comes out quickly. The wings are tasty and the hot wing sauce is spicy and flavorful. Would easily recommend this location. I’ve been here several times and will continue to visit the Wingstop.

It’s probably been at least six years since I’ve had Wingstop, so I decided to have it again. I definitely won’t be going that long between visits again.
Their wings are tasty. I went with 10 boneless, half BBQ, half Garlic Parmesan. The BBQ was very good. The sauce used was thick, which I prefer, and it had a bit of a kick to it which was great. The Garlic Parmesan was okay. Not the worst I’ve had, but not the best. The Parmesan seemed to be just bottled Kraft grated cheese as opposed to freshly grated. That was my only real beef with the meal. The yeast rolls I ordered were hot and very fresh tasting and the ranch dipping sauce was delicious. The fries were one of the highlights. Salted perfectly, yet with a sweet touch. There’s definitely sugar on those fries, and it adds an intriguing and very complimentary flavor to the salt.
I’m unsure of why so much time went by between visits, but it’ll be a much shorter wait the next time. The price is cheap as well, compared to other wing places I’ve been to. A 10-​wing combo with 6 yeast rolls cost me $ 11.89 after tax.

I’m visiting family in Pearland, TX and my mom, went there today and made a 32.00 purchase. The food was disgusting! Everything was extremely salty and not edible. When my mom called them to speak to the manager, she was told to call back tomorrow and the woman on the phone was rude. Beware!
