I came with a friend who never went to Raising Canes and I was excited to see what he thought of this restaurant. We were enjoying the food, which was good and we enjoyed the sauce, but one thing we disliked was when they charged $ 0.69 for a refill of lemonade. The $ 0.69 wasn’t necessarily the problem, the problem laid in the initial fill of lemonade. Don’t get me wrong, they have great lemonade, but the moment we got our drinks we realized that our drinks were filled with ice, mine with ¾th of ice and my friend with a cup full of ice. Do they do this with the intention of making their customers pay for a refill? I’m not sure if this is a management move or if Raising Canes enforces this, but it seems like they try to swindle you from a proper fill of lemonade. On top of this one of the employees became rude when we decided not to get the refill. She didn’t even look at us in the eyes when we said«no, but thank you.» Overall, food is good but service is lacking…

I LOVE Raising Cane’s!!! I mean, who doesn’t??? Their chicken strips are fried perfectly and the Cane’s sauce is just a perfect combination! I always get the Caniac combo and it fills me up for the whole day! lol Big boneless crispy chicken strips, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast, and Cane’s Sauce. What the locals usually get is extra Texas toast or extra Cane’s Sauce or both and sub out the coleslaw. The Sweeeeet Tea here is the best around! why? Well, because it is extra sweet! It might heighten your chances of getting diabetes though, but you only live once right? It just might lessen the number of years a bit. lol The only time i had a complaint, was when I used the Drive Thru right before closing time. it was probably a bad idea on my part anyways… because they were probably starting the closing down process for the day. They did take my order and had my meal to me in no time! However, my chicken was cold :(and was probably part of their last batch, which meant it wasn’t made to order. I made it known to the manager. He wrote me an apologetic e-mail and wanted to comp my next few meals at that particular location! I mean, wow. that is def. GREAT customer service! This one complaint i had keeps me from giving Cane’s a full 5 stars… I am a total Fan of Raising Cane’s and will basically cut n paste this same review for all the locations i have previously visited! So don’t judge me! I’m not cheating! I honestly love Raising Canes!

This place is probaly one of the cleanest locations I’ve been to. Their chicken is always made to perfection and you aren’t waiting too long. I do recommend them to clean their restrooms though the men’s restroom constantly always smells bad which is why I did not give a 5 star. Overall best chicken tenders and sweet tea ever. I highly recommend!

Decided to stop going here. It’s not that the food was bad, but it was kind of annoying that I got charged every time I ask for a little extra sauce. Especially since, the amount of sauce they give you in the beginning is not enough.

I was excited to try this place but it was rather disappointing. Seemed pretty expensive for some tenders, weird sauce, and some very greasy crinkle cut fries. I will say that the bread was pretty good but the«butter» had an odd, old oil flavor. I think it’s pretty safe to say that I won’t be coming back. But I have it a try! There are just too many good restaurants around to settle for subpar chicken strips. Sorry to all the fans of this place. :)

I’m just not really sure what they hype is about this place. I only came because the kids wanted to check it out. Like other reviews state, I can get chicken tenders anywhere. Their chicken tenders were tasty, but the wow factor was lacking. Coleslaw was too sweet and runny for my liking. I did like the fries. If the kids want to come back, so be it. I on the other hand will be just fine not coming back here.

Glad this place opened up in Pearland! I usually go to the canes in Houston! Ordered the 4 piece combo. Glad they were able to substitute my coleslaw with some extra fries! Didn’t wait too much until I was served, cashier lady was nice and knew what she was doing, chicken although smaller than I expected was hot and fresh! I love cane’s! Didn’t leave a crumb in my basket!

So. Huge fan of the chicken! It’s some of the best and the sauce you dip it in is amazing. I consider just drinking the sauce every time I go. The menu is very simple so decisions are quick and easy. This makes the line go quick. I’ve never waited in line for too long here. It has a warm family feel to it. All the workers seem really close and friendly with one another, which gives off a good vibe to customers. This is where I go to satisfy my chicken cravings. After eating this chicken I have no desire to go elsewhere. My only complaint is that they don’t have Raising Canes in Utah… That I know of. Eat the chicken, you won’t regret it.

Love the sauce they serve with the meals! The seasoning they use in the sauce are perfect for dunking your chicken in! Besides that, I do enjoy the buttery Texas toast and crinkle fries. The chicken is juicy and gives great taste, but can be a little greasy compared to the other popular chicken franchise.

Tasty chicken fingers and fries! The lemonade though just is the icing on the cake. Fries are very good too.

The food here is consistent with each visit: amazing. The staff is awesome and have no problem with substituting something in your order(I’m not a fan of coleslaw, and I substitute it for another sauce.) They’re quick to take your order and to get your food to you as soon as possible! The only problem I found was that sometimes(not all the time though) the booth tables aren’t always wiped down, which is a shame because I love booth tables!

Love raising canes! I haven’t been to this location before but I knew it was going to be just as great as all the other locations I’ve been to, simple menu with delicious food and a great staff!

Entering the door and seeing it be a bit crowded was a good sign, was recommended to get the box combo. Which was quite good, goes with fried chicken, fries, a lovely bread, coleslaw and a dipping sauce. The employees were really nice by the way and I would definitely go back soon.

I’m a fan of the box combo. I don’t eat coleslaw but they allow me to swap my cole slaw for a second piece of toast. The sauce is great. I like to spike it with Louisiana hot sauce. You won’t be disappointed.

This was the second place I visited during my first trip to Houston. They serve chicken tenders and they are good at it. The Texas toast and that special sauce they make is petty awesome and they compliment the chicken tenders very well. The fresh lemonade is also a delight. They also serve their tenders with a side of coleslaw but I’d rather substitute it for another piece of Texas toast. I’m not a fan of their fries. They are too thin. Thin fries taste like potato chips to me so I’d rather have another piece of Texas toast. You get my drift. I’m all about the Texas toast. This place gets packed around lunch time and on the weekend. Every kids league uses this place as their post game meal spot. Needless to say I’m a fan. I will go to yods place every time I return to Houston. Texas Toast!

Whenever I’m working on this side of Broadway and in the mood for chicken for lunch, I usually come to this Raising Canes location. The service is usually fast and friendly, the chicken strips are always made fresh and delivered hot and the restaurant is always clean. The strips are always juicy, but by themselves don’t really explode with taste. What makes the strips at Canes great is the sauce you dip them in. It’s a somewhat tangy taste to me that when combined with the strips is really good. The toast and fries at canes are good but nothing spectacular. The coleslaw has too much of a mayo taste to me, but the good thing about canes is that you can sub an item for something else. I always just get an extra piece of toast instead. Raising Canes tea is my go to over here to drink. Their tea is one of my favorites. The only drawback about Raising Canes is that I think they are priced a little more higher then they should be, but you can at least count on fast and friendly service paired with hot and fresh food when you come to this location.

In my pursuit of the perfect chicken strip, it seemed like a no brainer that this place would deliver… yet, it didn’t. Instead of being crunchy yet juicy, the chicken here is soggy and lacking in flavor. The bread is OK but the sauce is a miss as are the fries. I just can’t jump on the bandwagon!

Everytime I come to Raising Canes the food is always fresh, hot & comes out quick but I really do hate the fact that I got down to the bottom of my drink and found what looks like a ball of dust inside of my cup. I’m hoping it’s not bad because what ever it is, it’s inside of my body now!!! 3 stars for the food but the 2 missing stars is for whatever the hell is in my cup that’s not ice or Arnold Palmer!!!

It’s okay, I’ve had better in Louisiana. I got The Box and it had only a few fries, at max I had only 3 long fries and the rest were tips/ends barely edible. They were too salty. The Texas toast was waay too buttered down, just enough that it was soggy. The chicken was greased up and crunchy.(Could have at least let the excess grease dry out). The sweet tea was very good not too sweet not too icey. And even the young man with dimples was nice even though he forgot to give me a straw and ketchup. I told him about it.

I’ve only been here twice, one time at the location in Pasadena then this one. Liked them both very much and then the fact that all they serve is chicken strips makes me happy. As a kid(and even now) the majority of things I order from a menu is chicken strips. Keep in mind, that is the ONLY thing they have on their menu. There is literally like four or five selections there with quantities of chicken strips, however they mix it up with a chicken strip sandwich. My husband really enjoyed the sandwich and even thought of it as filling. The strips are crispy and tender and the fact that they don’t freeze them gives them a good quality taste. I really love the French fries! They are crinkle cut but skinner then most places that offer crinkle fries which makes them crispier and to me better tasting. And the canes sauce is really good too, definitely a unique sauce that you won’t find at another fast food establishment. I really liked the sweet tea there too, it is strong though but I enjoyed it. Service is average, but I don’t mind too much cause I never really expect top notch service at fast food places. Employees were nice and that’s what matters. We will definitely be back, and hope one opens near where we live too.

Q: Where do you go on a Friday night in Pearland when Taco Cabana, Steak ‘N Shake, and Chick-fil-A have lines out the door and the drive thru starts in the parking lot? A: Down the road at Raising Cane’s! There was no line or wait at Raising Cane’s. God bless chicken fingers. I love a simple menu. There’s not to much to get confused over. I chose a three piece meal over the four piece because I don’t care for coleslaw. The difference in price was about 60 cents for an extra chicken finger and the tiniest cup of coleslaw. They use sauce containers for the coleslaw. When I think about it, I should have got the extra chicken finger but the three piece meal did suffice. It comes with crinkle cut fries, a small piece of buttery Texas toast, and the awesome dipping sauce. Not quite barbecue sauce, ranch, or Thousand Island, but an all-in-one. The chicken fingers are really good. They are actually similar to Popeye’s. Good coating, moist, and all together tasty. I’m a fan.
