Very professional dry cleaning company. MW makes it convenient by providing pick up and delivery service or a convenient drive thru and drop off service. I choose the latter. You can place a credit card on file online that will be charged each time. The work is quality. Clothes Se always available at the quoted time. We are lucky to have MW in the neighborhood.

Ruined 3 shirts in one year. Which all seem to have been my favorite or most expensive shirts. Place has gone down hill especially after Effy left.

VERY expensive but they seem to do a good job. I gave them two stars because they don’t really honor the «We’ll give you a shirt off your back» promotion. I have to call them EVERY month to get my reward (we do a tremendous amount of dry cleaning at our house). And even then I don’t get all the certificates I earned. It’s like pulling teeth. Very unpleasant to have to do this. We’re long time customers but will be looking for a new company just because I don’t like calling for reward certificates that I’ve earned every single month. Not worth the hassle considering the prices we pay for their services.
