I am not from houston. I moved here a year ago and have been looking for a good stylist for quiet some time. And I have been hesitant to let anyone even touch it. After a lot of research, a lot of reading of reviews, and lots of phone calls I decided to give Bri a call and check her out. And I am so glad that I did!
I visited Bri a few months ago for my first hair appt. I had asked her very last minute to squeeze me in for a hair cut (thinning out and relayer). She took her time, looked at the examples I brought in, and did an AMAZING JOB on the relayer and making my face structure stand out. She styled it beautifully as well.
I went back last week because I had discussed with her my desire to do a Brazilian blow out. However, I have always wanted to permanently straighten my hair, but knew in the past that it could be damaging to the hair. I called her, asked her if she did this type of treatment and any hazards that could come with the permanent straightening system. She told me she has a great product with great results and they last until the hair grows out. I have long, curly, friZy hair. It looks amazing now. It’s so crazy how much different I look. And how little time it takes me to get ready in the morning. :)
I have received so many compliments on my hair. Everyone has noticed. The first time I got it cut and relayered people were shocked at how much my look changed. And now, they just compliment me because I actually let my hair down and it’s styled. Thank you, Bri! I have found a permanent stylist here in houston for myself.

After reading all the great reviews — I was really feeling confident about going to Bri. The end of last year I moved to Pearland. I really wanted a stylist that was just right down the street. I loved the location and the salon. Bri is extremely nice … I got partial highlights that turned out pretty good. They needed to be a little lighter but I was happy with them. Bri suggested I get the Brazilian treatment since my hair is naturally curly. She said it would make a big difference on frizz. This treatment DESTROYED my hair !!! I washed the treatment out the next day like she said. I didn’t actual «style» my hair until a few days later. Wash/​Condition. Blow dry. And flat iron. I used all my quality products that I use on my hair. … Since this DISASTER treatment — I have had two haircuts to cut off the split ends and orange. I have been growing my hair out for almost two years to have long hair for my wedding in Dec… My hair is still horrible … I need to just cut it all off… WORST hair issue I have ever had to deal with !!! I guess it will be hair extensions for my wedding … Do not get this treatment from her.

Today was my first haircut with Bri and I was very pleased, especially after countless bad haircuts and bad color from other salons. I have thick Latina hair and Bri knew exactly how to texturize and layer my hair to where it also compliments my face shape! I am very excited to try the hair color line scruples which she explained to me does not have bleach which means no bad orange highlights! I’m very lucky I found her on Unilocal… I think I found my new permanent hairstylist!
