This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They are VERY slow, always seen to be training new employees and get orders wrong. Constantly a line at this Taco Bell. It’s too bad there’s not another location in Pearland that’s close.

This has got to be the slowest Taco Bell in America. I’ve never been in the drivethru so long each time we have to suffer trying to get food here. If they moved any faster here… geez. Food is good but service is unusual very slow here.

Read everyone’s reviews and still tried it rather than driving to shadow creek being I was so close (Target). Pleasantly surprised. Lunch hour on a weekday and the line moved quickly. Got my order and my food was hot and my drink wasn’t all ice. Order taker/​food window employee was pleasant. I knocked off a star for getting my order wrong — no tomatoes — and for not wrapping my taco well and having shredded cheese all over.

Worst restaurant I have been to ever.
I come here once every six months to see if they have finally gotten some decent management and its a fail every time.
The wait time is horrendous always and on my latest visit I ordered the chalupa meal and the chalupas were ice cold and hard as a rock. In other words they were really old and those «workers» didn’t give a damn that they served me that kind of garbage. Avoid this particular taco bell like a plague.

Everytime I come to this Taco Bell they always seem to get my order wrong. It’s a pretty simple order too because all I get is a chicken quesadilla and cheesy fiesta potatoes. I am always disappointed when I leave. Always a fail. It’s sad too because I live right next door an have to always drive to the other Taco Bell just so my order is right the first time an I can eat happily without having any issues with my order.

No Mt. Dew Baja blast at this location :(… Seriously half the reason I go to Taco Bell is for the exclusive Mt. Dew. The reason is because it’s half Taco Bell and half KFC. I have been here a few times and it’s always dirty inside. The Taco Bell menu is also smaller than that at a normal location. If your looking for the full experience look to another location.
