I have visited this establishment 2x and it has always been after 7. Both times the establishment looks run down and the food appears to be old from earlier during the day. Food never seems fresh and you barely see an abundance of it. the containers are always almost empty. Management has these young adults running the place in the evening and it’s evident it’s poorly managed. Garbage bins were disgustingly full… no one bothered to empty it out… tables dirty… not impressed… This store is nothing like any other freebird I’ve been to… I will have to go to the one on Kirby from now on. this store needs serious attention!

This was my first time dining here and I wasn’t impressed. It was very run down, dirty tables, empty, all of the toppings looked old and the overall experience was bad. I ordered a chicken bowl. Lacked both flavor and freshness.

First timer.
Food: I got the spicy chicken burrito and it lived up to it’s name: spicy and tasty.
It was also HUGE, I only finished half. And that wasn’t the monster.
The tortilla was not thick, but it held together very well even with wet ingredients.
The salsa was bad, sadly. It tasted like canned tomatoes and nothing else.
The chips needed salt, the guacamole was good but also needed salt.
Next time I’ll stick to the main items and skip the sides.

treated very rudely like I was stupid. I had never been to one and did not know how it worked. He seemed irritated he had to tell me and was just short in his lanquage, never will I eat at these places. cater to young people if you think that’s how to behave

This store is nothing like any other freebirds I’ve been. This store seriously needs some attention. The condiments area was a mess. There were no napkins. plastic utensils were hardly there. Some of the tables were not even cleaned out. Same thing with the restroom.. Never coming back to this location for sure.

Everything tasted bland. My order consisted of 2 bowls, 1 taco & 1 Monster burrito. 1 bowl had chicken & beef & the other was suppose to chicken. It (chicken bowl) was missing chicken! This location is just ok.

Disappointed. This used to be my favorite Freebirds besides the ones in College Station. The food is still great, but no one greeted me when I walked in. No one smiled while they made my food. The atmosphere was not high energy at all. My server busted my burrito and did not offer to rewrap it. The worker at the register just texted on his phone until a customer came to pay, and the condiment area was gross. It could have used a GOOD cleaning. I’m scared to walk into the bathrooms. It will be a while before I come here again.

Excellent service, DELICIOUS burritos! They can make even the pickiest eaters come out smiling! My kids enjoyed the fun atmosphere and fun music. They can make your craziest order possible. We will defiantly be going back!

This freebirds is one of my favorites in the Houston area. The staff is great, the lines are hardly ever long — and when they are they go through the customers super fast! This store is in the test market, so you see things here that you don’t necessarily see at other locations. They were one of the first to start selling the delicious quesorrito and it was amazing!

I’ve been here a few times and the food has tasted great. However, last time I was there, THE COOK in the back grilling the meat WAS SMOKING a e-​cigarette. Eww! No thank you!

Hands down my favorite burrito restaurant. Fresh food with lots of choices to put on it. Fast service and a friendly atmosphere. If you’ve never been and have an appetite, you have to get a monster!!!

Always amazing! I will have to say I like coming here vs the other guys due to their choice of tortillas, their rice (I love the Spanish rice) and the habanero hot sauce! I seriously can’t get enough. I keep telling myself I am going to get the big one, one day. I think it’s the monster. I really can’t wait until I’m brave enough to try it.
This place is delicious. Atmosphere is sometimes loud, but not because of the workers but by all the people in there. Always clean.

Great burritos. I love that they have different types of tortillas and you can order different sizes. Sometimes you want a huge meal and sometimes just a snacky burrito. Options are great, prices reasonable. The queso isn’t worth getting. If you want chips, just pair it with the guac.
The staff is super friendly. I mean really friendly. You walk in and they make conversation in weird surfer talk. «What’s up dude! Aw man, gettin’ some grub for lunch! Awesome! That’s so cool. You want a monster burrito? Rad to the max!!»
Its creepy and the over the top friendliness makes me think they secretly want to hack me up with an axe out back.

I have been going to Freebirds since it opened. I used to think that it hands down beat the beans out of Chipotles burritos. The service used to be so enjoyable & witty & I loved the vibes that came with all Freebirds locations, but ever since they were taken over with new management, I no longer visit this particular location.
The thing that completely turned me off from this restaurant, however, is the fact that with the new management came the removal of the 10−15% off discount to students of certain surrounding high schools.
Sorry, but I’m a chipotle girl now

The food is always fresh and delicious. I have come in quite often and haven’t met an employee that was rude or not cool to talk too. Even right before closing the food tasted great. When I come to Pearland, I choose this always over Chipotle.
