Pei Wei

Order online by phone! What! And pay when you pick it up?! AWESOME! The online phone option gives you plenty of options to substitute items, request sauce on the side, etc. I like this location compared to other ones.

This Pei Wei is pretty much the same as the others I have been to as far as the quality of food. This particular location had really sloooowwww service, which is unusual for this chain. What made it more aggravating was that my wife got hers 10 minutes before I finally got mine.

This place has pretty much become a weekly routine for me. I love how easy their online ordering is, and unlike a lot of places, my order is always correct. The one time something was wrong, the staff caught the mistake and corrected it before I had to complain about it. I order the Pei Wei Spicy Shrimp, and my boyfriend gets the Sesame Chicken. Our food has been consistently good for the past few months that we’ve been going here, with the only exception being some undercooked rice we once received.

What a lousy experience! I ordered my take out order yesterday at 4:30pm.I was told it would be ready at 4:55pm. I walk in to pay at 4:51 (w/​receipt to prove it) 4:55 rolls around nothing. I notice red& white to go boxes on top of that silver shelf with the letter SP. I ask,” Whats that?” They reply, «Oh those are you spring rolls.». «Where my food.» «it’s coming.» 5:15pm rolls around. To my suprise, I see one of the chefs texting on his phone & cooking!!! GROSS!!! I ask where my food is. They ask the chef that was texting. He forgot.(Shocking) I said, «if he is just about to cook it, I don’t want it! ««I want a refund!» They did but offered me those stale ass spring rolls that where sitting there god knows how long!!! I will NEVER eat there again. I use to eat there a lot. Not anymore! Who does that? Text & cook at a resturant? NASTY fingers all in your food!!! Yuck!!!

The food is always good, but the floors and tables are always dirty. Please get more staff to pay attention to cleaning the floors!

The food was okay, i did not expect much since its more of a Chinese fast food place but the seared honey chicken was good :)

My husband and I often get takeout from this location. Great food and service! If you’ve never eaten here before, you should try it!

Pei Wei is a good spot for lunch you can always count on the consistency of the food it’s good not great but that is just fine. I typically have the chicken lettuce wraps but every once in a while I’ll either have the Orange peel chicken or Mongolian beef you can’t go wrong with either one of them.
It is a café style restaurant so you order from the cashier and take a number to your seat and your meal is brought to you. If you have never eaten at a Pei Wei I say you give it a try.

Food is good, staff is rude!
Came in tonight to place an order as the lady behind the counter walked away more people came in, when she finally came back she told to get in that line. I said I was here before all of them and she couldn’t of cared a bit. So I just left. Treat me like that, I won’t be back to this location!

Delicious food… When the order is correct. also they have 3 absoulutely brain dead servers. It took 10 times to get our orders right. But there food however is very very good. And exellent prices!

This place is lax when it comes to appearance and cleanliness.
Floor is covered in sticky residue. All workers are unfriendly and dress shabbily in wrinkled clothes that sag. My girls like it here; however, I don’t see the appeal.
All booths have soiled fabric, chairs are wobbly and chipped, drink dispenser has dirty fingerprints.
They need to retrain the staff and remodel the interior. It’s disappointing and makes question the meal.

The food is always delicious, but they always seem understaffed. It is still one of my favorite restaurants!!!

Not good. Not bad. The Thai Wonton Soup was incredibly salty (almost unbearable) but the Vietnamese Chicken Salad Rolls were very nice. I would by no means consider visiting here again for a serious meal but when you’re in a pinch you may want to stop by for a quick bite. Service in general was great, no issues there. The soda machines were cool, as well.

Food was fresh, fast, and healthy. I ordered the Tai Dynamite with steam chicken, brown rice. Will be back!!!

Not bad first time ever eating at a this chain. Price is reasonable food is excellent staff was very helpful can’t really complain with good service. I like the option that you can substitute pretty much anything to make it your own. And the fact that everything is made fresh definitely got to try the one back home in Dallas to compare the two. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I came in on a rainy afternoon and was glad there wasn’t any long wait for a togo order. The cashier was friendly and helpful with my menu options. Usually chicken is what I look forward to in any dish but the tofu beats all. Haha crazy flavorful and delicious, I wanna eat tofu everyday. Best part was the tea selection. It was hard to decide between the chia iced black tea and the mandarin green tea, so I had both. Fresh orange slices were by the fountain station, thanks for that. Next time I will definitely dine in.

Great place for a quick sit down dinner or lunch, freshly made Asian style food and a great variety of soft drinks, and free orange slices for the kids.

Good, reasonably priced, made to order and quick service… I get the steak noodle bowl. It’s far from the best lo mien I’ve ever ate, but I know that it’s always going to be fast, cheap and better then average when I’m wanting Chinese. 4 stars for the all around good service and the consistency of knowing what to expect every time I order, especially to go.

Sadly this location doesn’t quite measure up to the others I’ve been to. I recently ordered the Lettuce Wraps and it was swimming in grease, a problem I’ve never had at other locations. I’ve also ordered the Pad Thai, which is usually my favourite, it was far spicier than usual and in general didn’t taste quite right.
I’ve also ordered the Honey Seared Chicken, Pei Wei Spicy Chicken and the Steak Fried Rice, all of which were great.
Dining in is so so slow, we waited almost 45 minutes for our food and when it came out it was wrong. I was too hungry to care at that point. Order for pick up is way faster, maybe 20 minutes maximum.
The staff aren’t observant, often standing with their back to the counter and gossiping. Maybe I sound grouchy but I’ve worked in hospitality, just save the conversation for later and act professional! I asked for a $ 10 gift card, only to be rung out for $ 25 and when I told her otherwise received a death stare and some grumbles.
I will continue ordering the food I mentioned above that they have proven capable of making and I’ll only ever order pick up from this location. But seriously, get it together, I know you can do it!

Do you want food with your salt?
I think the flavor is okay but it’s very salty. It’ll be so much better if they can dial down the salt. a pinch, not a soup spoon!
We ordered for pick-​up near closing time. They were pretty on time. We only waited an extra 5 minutes from the designated pick up time.
