I went here last year in 2015. I meant to write this sooner. I saw they had a package deal. I had walked in and scheduled an appointment and waited. When I told her what areas I wanted waxed she did everything fine, no pain, she had a blue wax that seemed to be working. The big problem that happened was when she started waxing my eyebrows, I felt wax fall on my hair line. She finished and I asked if I could see a mirror, when I looked I had a glob of wax stuck to my hair. She tired sticking some kind of oil but it did not come out. I asked her what I could do. She said «oh its fine, just use some shampoo and it will come right out.» I was upset but told me to get some oil for it to soften it out. Yes, I know foolish me grabbed the oil and purchased it and she walked me out to the counter with her right behind me she said she will see me soon. I go to my car and look in my car mirror with horror. It wasn’t just stuck on one side but specks of wax was everywhere. I went home crying. I went home to take a shower and used shampoo, conditioner and yet still there. I must have walked around like that for a week before I just ended up cutting it off. I had to wear pins, and wraps until my hair grew back.
All in all, yes my skin did feel smooth after being waxed but I felt as if she was not trained to handle the situation or know how to wax properly without damage. I went back to return the oil and they told me they could only give me credit. Highly unsatisfied with the customer service and how they treated the situation. I don’t recommend this place.

I have been to many European Wax Centers in several cities (Austin, The Woodlands, Dallas) and this is by far the best and most painless experience I’ve ever had. I only went to this location while I was interning, but I wish I could continue to go back. Best Brazilian I’ve had. The technician was profession, fast but not rushed, and used a technique that was a lot less painless than I’m used to.

Great location I’ve previously been to other locations and had really bad experience. But Drew was awesome she was very nice and paid attention to details. It was a pain free visit compare to previous times. It was great I will be back and will for sure recommend this location to my friends and family. So if you’re looking for someone to take their time give and provide a pain free waxing ask for Drew!

I booked a free eyebrow wax here, which is offered to first time clients. I was really excited about finding a new place to keep my brows looking good, unfortunately this was not the place for me. The day of my visit, I arrived on time and was seen promptly. The place itself is very nice, with a modern chic feel. The aesthetician I had was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as she took me back. We made small talk and she was very nice. However, she didn’t take any more than 10 – 15 minutes on my brows. I have somewhat thicker hair and my eyebrows also require trimming and tweezing. When I looked in the mirror there were a few spots I asked if she could fix and she said of course and went back to work on them. But when I looked in the mirror again they looked the same. When I got home, you could barely tell that I had my eyebrows professionally waxed and there were still a lot of hairs that needed to be removed for a «clean» look. Since this wax session was free I did not make a fuss, however, I would think that the staff would try harder to make a good impression in order to have their clients return.
Now, my only complaint about the customer service and policy here is that it is beyond difficult, to get a refund for any of their salon/​spa products purchased. When I got my free eyebrow wax, the aesthetician recommended a product called «restore It» which is an eyebrow enhancing serum. For the price of $ 20 it is supposed to help regrow hairs that are slow to grow and make them come in fuller. I didn’t really think It through and purchased it as an impulse buy at the end of my session. I never used the product and decided that I would return it a few days later. Keep in mind the box was completely sealed and I had never even taken it out of the bag. I went to the store to try and get a refund and the girls at the front counter told me that they could not process my return and I would have to fill out a request for return form to have the money returned to my credit card and the manager would have to approve it first. I told them that I paid cash so I didn’t need a refund to any credit card. They told me I would have to come back on another day and speak to the manager. I returned 2 more times which were specific days when the manager was supposed to be in and she still was not there. Again, the staff could not help me out. Finally, on my fourth attempt The manager was in and was actually able to process my return. I asked why it was so difficult to get a refund if I paid cash and she explained that it’s simply their policy. Although she was apologetic and sympathized with me, I was just fed up with the whole situation, so I thanked her and walked out. Needless to say, I will not be returning to European Wax Center for any products or services.

Went for a Brazilian wax today for the first time ever. I am honestly not happy with the outcome. The place was clean, people were nice, but its pretty much a factory waxing center. They have a 15 minute time limit to get you in and out, which leaves them no time to pay extra attention to details. Once I got home, I noticed large patches of hair that were left behind. I had to shave the area to remove the rest of the hair that was left. I didn’t pay all that money and endure excruciating pain just to go home and shave. I won’t be going back.

Made an online appointment. It was convenient to adjust. I arrived 15 minutes early and was accommodated. The service was quick and easy. My technician was great. She made small talk that wasn’t annoying. I enjoyed my visit. If I lived here I would make this my usual spot

This was my FIRST time coming here and my first time getting a wax, so I was pretty nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was friendly, informative and politely explain the different time of bikini waxes offered. So once I get to the place, the feeling was warm and calm. It wasn’t busy or anything. I maybe waited 5 minutes for my waxer to come and get me out the lobby. My waxer was Ms. Crystal, and she was cool and nice. She made my nerves go away and felt 100% comfortable. I ended up getting the full Brazilian Wax (all the hair removed and the buttock hairs) and I also ended up getting the ingrown hair serum for $ 25. Also, they have multiple ways to give their clients discounts (such as referrals, having your id present for your first initial waxing, etc). They didn’t use strips, just pure wax. My waxer explain everything that she was using and doing so you are completely aware of what’s going on. I have a pretty fabulous experience that I already booked my 2^nd appointment!!! Most definitely highly recommended!!!

This is not my favorite location as it can be too crowded and for some reason women like to bring their kids and whole families to this location and the waiting area is too small for all of that but everyone is friendly. I go to Krystal for my waxing needs and she’s great! I’ve used other ladies when I couldn’t get into Krystal and they’ve been great as well. I haven’t seen anything dirty and no double dipping or resting or propping on me. They are pricy, but they’re clean, unlike some other places I’ve been!

I absolutely love European Wax Center, their wax is unique. Shonda is the best. I just wish the front desk was nicer. They’re there looking like they don’t want to be there. Other than that I love it. IDK why some people on here are complaining about the pain, maybe I just endure pain more than others but it wasn’t that bad. But beauty is pain. Accept it or get out. 4 stars it would’ve been 5 but nobody likes stuck up staff.

I had a couple bad experiences here, but mainly because it was my first time waxing (brazilian) and it was soooo painful! I then started routinely going to Sierra and I absolutely loved her! She is an excellent waxer, conversational, and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend going to Sierra especially if you’re nervous and can’t take pain well! This isn’t my favorite European wax center location but I absolutely love Sierra, but unfortunately I moved so I won’t be coming to this location anymore. Very clean on the inside, front desk is ok… But like I said Sierra is the best waxer I’ve ever had!

My wife loves this place and wanted me to add a review for her. All the ladies who work here have great personalities and are very professional! It’s a place that will make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I love this place, first I never had a bikini wax before primarily because I was nervous of another person looking at my personal areas. Let me first tell you, when I went I was shaking because I was so nervous, this is coming from a person like me that’s in her mid 30s. The ladies at this establishment made me feel so welcome and comforted me to where they were able to calm me down. That says a lot about a place, had it not been for the friendly staff, I would have walked out. The place is clean, which is very important. My bikini areas look fabulous and I instantly signed up for multiple visits under a plan they offer. For any ladies interested in getting waxed in any area, this is the place to come.
