If your looking for a place to go where the hair stylist doesn’t listen to you and cuts off more than you ask than this is your place. Just because she thought my hair was too long she took it into her hands to disrespect me and not listen to what I ask, terrible!

This is a lousy place for a kids haircut. At least the staff that I dealt with has zero patience with kis (blond moron and overweight brunette) but I am sure there has to be a couple decent ones working there. I ended up contacting corporate and was called by the regional person and apologized to based on my experience. It was awful. Go elsewhere. Go to great clips in Somers instead. It’s pretty close and the women are lovely there.

Went there a few months ago for a haircut for my son, we were a walk in. I gave his name and they had us waiting for over an hour with no service. There was more than one stylist with no customers. We ended up leaving with no haircut. Again we tried them today because my son likes going there. Again i gave his name and sat for 45 minutes before being called. They called 6 people that came in after us and they were also walkins. Terrible service

I called ahead and was ushered to the chair exactly on time, even tho’ only one stylist was on duty. She gave me exactly the cut I requested. No, there was no shampooing because it was not needed having just washed my own hair — a spritzing with a water sprayer was fine and real time-​efficient for busy me. I even had a coupon (get on their mailing list!!) which made «good» even «better».

Well managed. Always friendly service. Patty, the manager, is well versed on hair from cut to style and color. She is a miracle worker! Call to put name on list as they may be quit busy.

Alyssa is the best! She takes her time, listens and knows her layered cuts. I just took my 19 year old fussy daughter and she came out with a smile and stated «she did exactly what I wanted and I didn’t even have to show her the picture of the cut I wanted» Take note: Although Alyssa was doing a highlight and cut and she does take her time, we waited for her because I know she is a great stylist.

Took my 10 year daughter there for a blow out. No wash, no conditioner just a blow and the girl charged me 35 DOLLARS!!! What a rip off. Only 20 minutes in the chair too. Never again.

WORST haircut ever!!! Needed a short haircut as I have been wearing for years — showed photo as my guide. Wear glasses so cannot really see what is being done. When she finished, I have no hair left. I think the longest hair is about ¼ inch. Did not expect this from a scissor cut. Shortest it ever was in the past was about an inch. Feel like my friends who have gone through chemo. Turned out to be a very expensive haircut since I now need to buy a wig for about a month before I have any hair. Cannot go to work like this until it grows in. I can deal with bad haircuts but not with NO hair. NO Stars should be an option.
Spoke with manager — getting refund which will be applied to wig purchase.

Only one person cutting at 430 on a Friday afternoon?! What a waste this place is. This is yet another reason I usually avoid chain places like this… I went to the Barber shop at the other end of the same shopping center — see my review there as well.

Way too pricey for a trim … It is actually comically priced. Hair stylists are below average, go to the barber by Subway in the same shopping center, way cheaper and better service…

I actually really like this Supercuts. I think it’s kind of unnecessary to pay out the butt for a haircut, and for sixteen bucks I got a great cut today. In fact, my hairstylist did exactly what I wanted, something that stylists at more expensive places have not delivered. I don’t come here very often but I’ve been satisfied with every haircut I’ve gotten here.
