if i could give 1 star for this place, i would definitely do so! first i went to all diff dave and buster in NY, so far this is the worst one! game always down, the service and quality of foods are failed in this location, specially the drinks, our server name Kim, she is terrible, she is on her cellphone all the times, we were waiting for our drinks for more than 20 mins, then another 20 mins on the foods, she end up chatting with the guys next to us. (btw they exchange their number).

This seems like such a gigantic location of nice spread out games, pool tables, prize redemption area, food service and everything else in between. This is to me a good thing, the Manhattan location has space issues and feels very cramped. Pelham Manor to me is not the easiest location for anyone from Brooklyn or Manhattan to get to but it is worth the trip at least once. Price is right, Press Your Luck, Nothing but net basketball, Pac-​man Swirl are all games you will not find in Manhattan location. The place being spaced out gave it a much more calming effect. However, I am sure on a typical Saturday night, this place will be filled with people from Westchester and Bronx. I will be back on Wednesdays to play some of these games and billiards next time.

In my opinion this is more of a date night slash guys night out type of place. I felt that the service and quality of food failed me. I mean if you spend tens of thousands of dollars on Tvs and decorations then you might as well get better servers and have better food. Sliders were a cut up burger and weren’t anything special. They had no soda at the time and my sons lemonade which he opted for tasted like water w/​a lemon in it. No napkins on table and napkins weren’t given to us. I bet the cocktails might be ok but didn’t have any. Overall, after playing some video games w/​my son the time was well spent and I had a good time. I would probably come back here w/​friends to drink and watch a game but not to get any food that I’m craving.
P. S. My son had a point when he recommended putting close captioning on the tvs.

This restaurant/​arcade is lots of fun for everyone! The food is wonderful and the arcade is lots of fun! They have good prizes for tickets which are good prizes! I recommend this place for everyone! I rate Dave and Busters 5 stars!

I would rate it less if I could. There is two televisions that are playing with soccer and one with an old UFC fight. We were told the UFC fight is on because of a contract which is fine but they have a soccer game on that no one is watching. They have no idea that the NCAA championship game is on and can’t find the channel. One of the managers was extremely rude and nasty. Stay away from this place to watch a sporting event

Where do i start … I arrived at 8pm… Sat in the big screening area for a meals… Waited and waited for a server to come … (she walked past me multiple times) i finally i told her id like to order. She said this area is closed to new guest because its closing. Cool then i go to the bar area. Order two orders of sliders with fries… Both orders were COLD! Complained got new food… Then i went for a drink… The bartender ignored me several time for different large groups of men… Probably wanting tips… Then when i tried to get her attention after 10 minutes. She had a nasty attitude and sarcastic remarks. Dont go this location!!!

After parking again, i finally found it upstairs, Couldn’t give it five stars because there was no signs telling you exactly where Dave and Busters is. I was a first timer to this location, and once again was late. There were about 15 of us. We took up about two tables. We were seated near 4 tv’s and two giant ones. Our waiter was Spencer, it was very nice, he wasn’t mad that people were coming in late and ordering food. we all had separate bills. After ordering the pull apart pretzel, which was pretty big serving i decided to play games.
The card i got was a $ 22 plus $ 2 for the card itself and $ 3.00 for something else. I still don’t get it but the metro card charges similar when you get a new card. Games are good, speedball, basket ball, and if i had seen it before i left the cookie jam game i would of definitely played it. instead of getting tickets everything gets credited to your card and if you have enough points you can get a toy or gadget for your kids.
Overall it wasn’t crowded. would love to go back.

I should of listened to all the reviews and stayed away from this place. The waiter was horrible, he took our food order 20 minutes later ordered mini burgers and they came out before the other appetizers came out. Drinks were watered down and the three hours, we spent there we had to go looking for the waiter to get us drinks. Never again.

Wish I read the reviews before coming to this shit hole. They made us wait an hour for a table. Once we were directed to a booth, it was filthy. When I complained, the server just nodded. We proceeded regardless. I ordered a hamburger, we’ll done, with fries and bbq sauce. When I dipped my fry into the bbq sauce, however, there was a piece of chicken in the dip cup. Disgusting! I told the waiter to take the rest of my food away and he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another burger. Atrocious. The place needs to be shut down.

Horrible service. Our waiter never came to the table. We had to look for someone and then she was annoyed that she had to take or order. We felt pressured and rushed. Horrible experience.

The concept of Dave&Busters is great. The arcade is fun but once you get hungry do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for food. The service is horrible !! It might be the worst service ever. And to top it off the food is not that great. It’s cold when it gets to you and does not look appetizing. The drinks are weak and expensive, if your going to Come here, you have been warned.

1^st time here. Drinks are decent. Food’s good. Try the watermelon margarita and the 5:15 with it. Good times. Can get crowded with kids but manageable.

The only reason this place gets 1 star is because (1) I can’t give it 0; (2) our waitress Quantifa (sp?) was a sweetheart. I went here on a Saturday afternoon for a teen bday party. We didn’t have a designated section, so they commandeered a bunch of tables off from the bar. I knew going in that this would make things hectic. No worries, I’m usually pretty patient. Our waitress was running around trying to close out checks so she could concentrate on our party. We made sure to ask where her exact section was, and only occupied those tables (piling up because she was a sweetheart). Most of the kids and some adults were busy playing so it wasn’t a big deal. One of the small booths (2 top) was vacated and she told me she would ask for someone to clean the table off. 10 mins later, I flagged down a waiter and asked if he could get someone to clean the table. 10 mins later, our waitress stopped by and was amazed that the table was the same. She took as many dishes off and said she would have someone come wipe the table off and get the rest of the dishes. 20 minutes later, I went over to the manager and asked for it to be cleaned off, showing him that she was extremely and understandably busy. He assured me that someone would come clean it off. 15 minutes later I found another «manager-​looking» guy and explained how long I had been waiting for someone to simply clean the table off. I explained that I kept asking people and no one has cleaned the table yet. He assured me that he would get someone to come over. He ended up talking to the same manger I had. This time however, someone finally came, cleaned the table and wiped it off.
Fast forward to the end of the party. We got our check and noticed that each Eat & Play order was $ 3.00 more than the price on the menu. The same manager comes over and explains to us that each person was charged $ 3.00 extra, for 25% more on their Play cards. Question: Who the hell asked to be charged more? NOT A ONE OF US! How do you just charge people extra? His solution — «I’ll give you 2 extra $ 10 cards free of charge». Um dude… 7 people paid $ 3.00 extra, that adds up to $ 21, not $ 20. That means you get to «pocket» $ 1 and we are just pissed and overcharged. Not a thing was free! They need better people as the face of D & B. The food was «okay», and my drink sucked. I was happy because of the people I was with, however, when I go back, I’ll probably just go to the one in Nanuet. They have better customer relations.

Que lugar tan horrible tan degradante tan desagradable para venir a comer. Vinimos aquí por primera vez y la atención malísima. Pedimos algo de tomar cosa que no llego y cuando ya no queríamos comer por que esa comida estaba terriblemente mala pues llego las bebidas. Yo pedí una ensalada no tenía salsa y era seca vieja sin vida. Y mi esposo pidió un pollo con brocoli y el brocoli súper viejo con el tallo negro. Un desastre de lugar. Si van a comer aquí por favor no lo hagan. PLEASE DONT EAT IN HERE.

Idk why so many bad reviews or what ppl expected.
It’s Applebee’s with games, which is not a surprise, should come here expecting some wings and fries not a delicious sit down meal. Go somewhere else to eat, smash burger near by is A+
The location itself is HUGE. Dozens of flatscreen playing music videos and sports.
Came here on a Friday night was not crowded at all, games we played were fun could use a few more, overall I had fun. I wouldn’t come here weekly you’ll get bored but once in a while, have a drink play a little Mario cArt.

After work happy hour very nice and relaxing, we sat at the bar had the appetizer of wings and sliders very good the bartender Sandra was very nice and made a good Zombie drink my wife had the Hawaiian Mai Tai ;there is enough tv’s to relax as well corner space at a table to chill will definitely be back

Ok when I first arrived I thought this place looked really great. The size, décor and the initial attention to sit us immediately was all signs of good things to come right, WRONG!
I chose not to come here the first few weeks because I wanted to wait for them to work out all of the new establishment kinks and get the staff acclimated
Where should I begin… We ordered our meals, salmon for me, a salad for my friend, chicken & french fries and pizza.
Our waitress took our order but then disappeared for about 15 – 20 minutes. Someone dropped off our drinks, it was not tasty but our waitress was no place to be found…
The food came out, my salmon was not made to my specifications, my daughter’s chicken was cooked to death! It was like cutting through a cardboard box. I told them that she needed a replacement order. So she orders the mini franks wrapped in a croissants. That order came out and there was MOLD on the frank! See my pic… In between all of this our waitress was nowhere to be found. We flagged down a staff person and asked them to send the manager over.
We gave him an ear full about the poor service we experienced within the 2 hours we were there (yes, 2 hours). The manager tried to convince me that it was avocado on my daughter’s frank… I had to remind him that we had NO avocado items within orders. So he attempted to wipe it off but obviously it was not coming off. That’s when the apologies began and our waitress finally returned…
I was too through by this point. He wanted to comp us by giving us game cards. I have no intention of returning so this was not appealing to me. Telling me that you’ll remove the molded item off of my bill was a no brainer…
So, that’s was my story and I hope that they get their act together. This place has potential but they need to bring in more experienced staff.

I haven’t really eaten here except for the little appetizer hubby ordered when we came after a long day at the pool. The games that award points are addictive and I’m a kid in that aspect. From what I observed at the bar, the service isn’t that great. Hubby said the bartender disappeared and he had to flag down another one to get the bill and order another drink. We had the Pretzel Dogs and they were good but I didn’t like the sauce they came with. It was weird and sweet. Instead, I asked for ketchup and mustard which tasted great. Weekday in the day time, it’s less hectic and emptier. They were kind of busy today, a Saturday evening.

Stopped here for lunch, I have to say the food prices here are expensive. They split one burger into 4 slices and charge you $ 12 bucks for that. Fries tasted great! Drinks are overpriced. My waiter was super nice and friendly.

Nice place for our area. Happy hour ½ price drinks. Few picks for ½ appetizers.
Check out the Eat&Play combos. Wings are good. I enjoyed my Calamari’s & cheeseSticks. They have a good kids menu. Lots of games, all kinds. Perfect for all Ages. TV’s all over the place. Cute bathroom with Lots of space.

Not sure where everyone else went but I feel like it cant be the same location. The few times I have been to this place the service and food are efficient.
My company and I have tried the pretzel dogs, calamari, their mac n cheese, the lobster and steak pasta, the fish and chips and the grilled salmon. Thé pretzel dogs and calamari were actually pretty good. The Mac and cheese was like kraft or velveeta so dont have High expectations on that. The surf & turf pasta was ok but definitely unbalanced in the ratio of pasta to protein. Fish and chips can come with sweet potato fries which were really thé star of thé dish. Thé salmon was surprisingly a solid, filling choice despite having thé lowest calorie count on thé table (and possibly thé whole menu).
Having said that– I dont know many people (anyone for that matter) who goes to Dave & Busters just for thé food. Had thé Miami Ice snocone and a margarita, while my company had a Mango mojito of sorts that had a really complicated name. Drinks were on point but I definitely recommend thé snocone for thé hot summer months. Yum!
Gaming area is cute and clean. All of thé machines were in service and ample staff was around. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. They have 3 private party rooms which are spacious and good for hosting. Go check it out.
