I’ve used Pep Boys Pelham 4 times, twice to plug a tire which was fast and free, once for weird brake problem with 1995 camper van, the cost was same as estimate from express oil, and once to fix a window that was stuck, which they put back on the track and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They are friendly, prompt, open late and on Sundays for people who can’t always drop the car off. I’ve been satisfied with the cost and quality of the repairs.
