We really enjoyed our stay at this reasonably priced family run motel. The little cottages are cozy and give a great location to explore the Pemaquid peninsula.

We visited Pemaquid in July — beautiful lighthouse and beach areas. These cottages are a bit dated, basic but clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Paddle boat area was not clean, and the boats were out of commission. 10am check out — we requested extension but were given no exceptions. No internet and very spotty cell phone signals in the area.

These darling cottages are cute and ship-shape, tucked away from the major road in the woods; the owner is wonderfully accommodating (need a Pack-n-Play? bedding?); and the motel is perfect for families. We had a wonderful time with our 11 month old – a swimming pool to float in, loads of lawn furniture for picnic-ing and swinging, and a beautiful stroll to the dock in the gorgeous cove. We didn’t have time to try out the paddle boat, but it would have been fun.
