I signed up for this service today after several urgings from my sister. She said they were fabulous and that I would be so satisfied. Well, after Microsoft installed windows 10 on my laptop after telling them I didn’t want it I decided to call them. Laptop is totally useless now and we are still working on it. It would not even recognize the internet server I have. However, Justin fixed my desktop and deleted unnecessary stuff that accumulated even though I had anti virus protection. Now it runs like a scalded ape. I know we can get my laptop to run again because these guys know what they are doing.
I will update my review after my laptop is done but right now I am giving them five stars!
Regarding my laptop, spoke with Ryan and he helped me reinstall Windows10 and explained 1 in a 100 gets a problem. Things seem to be working great now and I am downloading my Office program. I bought a year of service and while it seemed a little high I had already wasted $ 100 on a storefront guru and he did nothing to speed up my laptop and deal with the issues I had. I think this was money well spend and I plan on using them any time I have an issue.
