Don’t ever bother with this place… Seriously… Save yourself the frustration. This place is terrible! Every single time me and my fiancé come here the employees are disgustingly rude. The only reason we keep coming is because it’s right by my house. Right now I’ve been in my car for 10 minutes waiting for my drive thru order while this cashier continuously slams everything. It’s always something here… Don’t ever come.

Don’t come over here if you can. They Offer a promotion of 1,99 for a medium latte and when I see the receipt they charge me 2,99 $ when I ask for the difference they just said the machine can’t charge less and the gave me the 1 $ difference but still they didn’t gave me the tax difference. Don’t recommend to anyone this dunkin’ donuts. They cheat the customers.

Unacceptable!!! First off drive thru is closed at 5:41pm on a Sunday and the line inside is ridiculous! Why is there only one employee at this location at this time? This is not the first time I have gotten to that location and this has happened can management explain?

I’m confused. I’m sure the person who invented Dunkin Donuts would be pretty upset if they knew their place bakes more croissants & muffins instead of more donuts.
Is it because a croissants & muffins cost .60 — .90 cents more…

Employees here are very rude. Once waited 5 minutes at drive through and heard no response. When I decided I was gonna go to the first window the employee argued asking me why I didn’t wait. Horrible customer service

Horrible! Ordered a large Unsweet tea and egg white flatbread. The flatbread was burnt. And the most disgusting thing of all was my tea. After I finished drinking, I discovered a long black hair in my ice. Omg I wanted to puck! Disgusting! Nasty, nasty, nasty! Wear a freaking hair net or put up your hair. Calling the health department should be done now after this. When dealing with food or drinks, there are precautions that need to be followed. I am beyond grossed out and will never ever go back.

Always an experience with them. Only D&D by my house and there is always a downfall. The employees and assistant manager Carlos are very careless about their establishment. I received a to go order and it was sloppy. my hash browns were smashed like someone smashed them. I called them to tell them and not once do they sorry or offer to remake. The employees have no knowledge about the menu. Ordered a #4 but instead of sausage I wanted to substitute for ham. An employee had to have a manager help me. Always something can’t just get coffee and go!

I shouldn’t even be giving this a star. The customer service is horrible!!! They never get the orders right… I agree with the other review with the lates they always have the machine broken or it ‘needs to be cleaned’ ALWAYS!!! Worst dunkin donuts ever!!! I’ve been here 4 times and it’s always the same crap. You ask for a caramel late and they give me a dark roast iced coffee I don’t even understand it. Please save your time and money and never come here it’s a waste of time.

Last time I come here! They can’t seem to have a functioning Latte machine. I always order the Vanilla Chai and they always wait until I drive up to the window to tell me the machine is not working. I know they do that purposely thinking I’ll buy something anyways, but I don’t. I drive to STARBUCKS!

The Baskin Robbins part is gone. and wow what an improvement!
They did a total overhaul on the inside of this Dunkin Donuts. they have nice comfy lounging areas and an enclosed area with comfy chairs too so you don’t have to listen to all the noise in the main lobby.
It appears all new or mostly all new employees too and they’re hustling quickly… drive thru is fast and inside customer service time is down as well.
Donuts are actually fresh now too!
Huge improvement over what it was just a few months ago.

Thank goodness for DD being open late… [well drive-​thru is open 24/​7] because you always need that sweet midnight fix sometimes!
