Dunkin’ Donuts

About 4 or 5 years ago when my mom was very ill and in the hospital, I would stop at this Dunkin Donuts store every single morning and sometimes in the evening for about 2 weeks to buy coffee, bagels, donuts and breakfast for her and everyone else who was there visiting and helping. Out of approximately 14 trips, they got maybe 5 orders right. They wouldn’t get all the correct donuts, they’d forget the cream cheese or the milk. The ‘then’ manager apologized and promised he would resolve the problem. He never did. Now my mom is back in the hospital so every morning I stop in to buy breakfast.
Yesterday I ordered 1 large coffee with CREAM ONLY and sugar on the side and a medium BLACK coffee and a TOASTED bagel. It came to $ 5.48. The cashier took my $ 10 bill and my 48¢ and then asked me if I wanted the bagel CUT. I told him I wanted the bagel TOASTED so NATURALLY it would have to be cut. He said they don’t always cut bagels to «toast» them, they often just put them in the microwave. I told him I never heard of such a ridiculous thing. I made them cut the bagel and toast it. He handed me my receipt and I noticed he didn’t give me the usual «senior discount» and when I asked him about it he said … Oh, I forgot, sorry. At this point I was not too happy.
When the coffee came I got 2 black coffees and CREAM on the side so I asked the girl who prepared them if she didn’t understand my request. Lonnnng story short, I made her give me what I ordered and left.
Once inside the hospital I looked at my receipt and realized the cashier also did not hand me back my $ 5.00 change. PLUS, HE was the one who didn’t get a SIMPLE ORDER right because my receipt says 4 CREAM SIDE and 4 SUGAR SIDE. He really needs to be retrained.
I called the Dunkin Donuts number on my receipt and got a voice mail message only. What? They don’t answer the phone? When I was there 15 minutes earlier there was no line and only a few people eating so its not like they were too busy to answer the phone. I left a message with my name and number.
The entire day nobody had the courtesy to return my call but today is a brand new day. I am sure someone will call me and after they counted their till last night and discovered the $ 5 overage, I’m sure they’ll give back my $ 5.00.

This is the slower dunkin donut ever and they never give the coffee the right way, I feel they don’t pay attention to what you ask for, so many employee and so slow!

I come here all the time when visiting the area. My only issue is that they are really slow with food items. Coffee is fast — as it should be. Be everything else takes at least 10min.

I’ve lived in the neighbourhood behind this DD since I was 7 years old. My friends and I used to hang out here all the time after school. Nowadays it seems like they change staff constantly and none are better than the last. Every time I go in even when there isn’t a soul in there the employees look miserable to be disturbed from playing on their phones or sitting around. My latest trip the store was decently busy and I noticed one girl who must have been the shift manager just sitting at a table with someone she knew. She got up to take my order and hand it to the guy who was struggling to make everything for everyone and then she proceeded right back to helping her friend fill out an application. Needless to say my sandwich took forever and when I asked for a little sauce the guy got annoyed. When I’ve decided to treat myself with a donut, they’re occasionally stale and their selection seems to be getting smaller and smaller. Now I don’t come here unless I truly have to, I’d rather spend extra money and gas going to Starbucks

The customer service is horrible waited in line for like 5 minutes & the line wouldn’t move & the manager was in a rush counting the money to go to the bank.
I will not be back to this Dunkin Donuts.

This is the location I stop at on my way to work. Coffee is excellent and food is good, hot, fresh. Of course, the donuts and muffins are great!
HOWEVER, I don’t know why management doesn’t see how busy it is in the morning and use both registers! Maybe one for coffee orders only, just to get things moving faster. Maybe it’s just me, an impatient ex-​New Yorker, but I don’t want to stand in line for 15 minutes when I need to get to work. Just sayin’… :-)

This location

I’m biased because it’s right around the corner from my house. Everyone there is efficient and friendly. That’s why it’s my morning stop. They are very basic with everything not like Starbucks or any other coffee houses but if you want a coffee and a bite to eat this is your place.

This DD is pretty sweet. The elderly lady there —I wish I could remember her name— is super super welcoming, I usually want to give her a big squeeze! And I know this may sound cheesy but she makes my decaf pumpkin coffee w. cream no sugar taste extra awesome!

This Dunkin Donuts is like any other. Always very clean and fast service which is a must for me. The coffee is always fresh and made to perfection. The location of it could be better and tit could have a drive thru. Overall a good Dunkin Donuts.

Normally this place has a long line but during my recent visit they had two registers open which kept the line moving. This location was clean and well stocked with Donuts and Muffins. I will go back next time I need a break from Starbucks. I recommend the Pumpkin Donut if you visit in the Fall.

Came to this location this morning and it was a bit busy.
But the toasted Everything bagel was fresh.

BREAKFAST COFFEE is great, easy convenient.
Just like MANY others’s after last night HEAT triumphal winning; half of PINES had the same thing in mind as I did. Coffee will help me through today, before the LONG weekend. So when I first arrived even though there was just ONE cashier the line that went close to the door moved rather quickly. Like a well oiled machine.
