The day before our wedding we realized we overlooked a very important part — the printing of a welcome sign, and of family photos. We frantically raced in, only to be greeted by a smiling face and a warm welcome. Kandace was patient, and listened to us. She hopped into action, and told us to finish our errands. She took care of all of our work order, and left it waiting for us. At pick up time, she was unavailable, but Tequila — a team member — was. Tequila was briefed on our order and went out of her way to ensure we got everything we needed. An hour later, I received a call from Kandace. She wanted to make sure the order was correct, and wanted to take a moment to wish us well. This was an above and beyond experience. Thanks to the great team. We appreciate you. Highly recommend.

Not happy at all. The office max across the street just closed so I went to fedex to print. They charge you nearly 40 cents a minute to use the computers but the internet is 1990s slow so you end up paying more. For 10 pages and several minutes to unfreeze my useless computer I ended up paying 7.00. That’s almost a dollar a page. Such a rip off and I won’t be using their services again any time soon.

I have been visiting this place for the past 2 years and never had any problems with my packages or with any of the employees until today when a new girl by the name Katy gave me the worse attitude and did not do anything to help me. I have been having problems with my labels printed at home which can’t be scanned but all the employees in the past have been able to help me by entering them manually. However, Kathy not only had a bad attitude but did not provide any assistance what so ever and basically said she could do nothing about this.

This place is amazing. I went to the FedEx website and discovered you can upload documents, prepay for your order, and choose which location to pick them up at. They were ready hours before the promised time and the staff was super helpful — they did my copies at the same price as on the self-​service machines and even redid them for free when one came out blank because it was backwards in the pile (my fault). The only thing they don’t do is notary services.
