I mean it’s ok if you want macaroons and are in the area but if you drive to Lincoln walk or Bal harbour mall they have ladurée it originated in Paris it’s the same price and I don’t know why people are saying things like«I feel like I’m in Paris» or «the decorations make you feel like your in France» it’s very boring décor inside and very dull looking actually I wouldn’t go there when there is a better place not to far from the area

This place is like being in Paris! The macarons are fresh and tasteful. They offer a great variety of flavors including lavender and rose, delicious! The gelato is very good too. The coffee is excellent! Now they are offering a macaron«cake» with raspberry filling! I will order it for father’s day!!! They even have wi-fi! My favorite pastry place!!!

My all time favorite spot for macaroons is in Orlando, FL but let me tell you, this place is pretty damn close and might beat it soon lol. The only grievance I have with macaroons(anywhere) is that they’re so damn expensive– it hurts!!! I know macaroons are pricey because they’re tough to make, but DAMMITMAN! A box of 6 cost me about $ 16 and it broke my heart but they’re just so damn good lol. I got a raspberry rose lychee(yum yum yum), a rose, lavender, orange chocolate, pistachio, and hazelnut… I can’t tell you how good they are. Also, they’ve got nice chocolates(but they’re a tad too sweet) Check this place out!

It is always a pleasure coming to le macaron at Pembroke Gardens and enjoying their delicious treats. Our personal favorites are the rose, lavender, lichee, coffee, mint, chocolate and pistachio flavors. And that’s because those are the ones we have tried. I’m sure that we will have a really hard time choosing if we start tasting everything else. The attention and service from the owners is very warm, plus the spacious and«frenchy» style seating area makes the experience very inviting. If you’re in the Pembroke Pines area and looking for something different; this is the place to come for fine french pastries.

A Very cute Pâtisserie tucked away in Pembroke Gardens. The shop has Macarons, ice cream & chocolates, perfect for any sweet tooth. I ordered a box of 6 macarons for $ 14(a little pricey), but I always wanted to try macarons so I didn’t mind. I ordered the coconut, rose, chocolate, vanilla, orange, and lemon. They were all pretty good, but my favorite was the chocolate(of course), vanilla and coconut. Next time I’m in Pembroke Gardens I will definitely stop by to try their chocolates.

While the ambience of this sweet little shop is open and trendy, I was sadly underwhelmed with the macaroons. For the small size, a box of 6 was overpriced in my opinion. However, the flavors offered were unique enough to entice me. After tasting them though, I feel like the simple flavor profiles and texture are far from stellar compared even to chains’ such as Paul. Adorable but not quite up to snuff.

So while in the Pembroke pines area running errands, I decided to stop at the Shops at pemboke Gardens. Voila! I found this cute little shop which sells Macarons. Oh the excitement… I love Macarons! On entering the shop I was greeted by a very friendly woman. Pleasant. The place was clean, bright and airy. I proceeded to browse the many flavors. They had unique flavors like Lavender, Orange chocolate Grand marnier, Sea Salt caramel, Basil, etc… to name a few. Trying not to ruin my lunch I decided to purchase only 2. The basil and the Lavender. Both flavors were very good. Soft and moist on the inside, and a delicate crust on the outside as a Macaron should have. I’d like to say that I’d return, but I honestly will not. The young man at the counter, seemed bothered, aloof and seemed as though he was doing me a favor by helping me. Felt a bit uncomfortable to ask any question and akward. I’d like to say that I’d return, but i honestly will not. The Macarons are good but service, not so much.

While I’m never stingy I will say that this place is very pricey. Having been to Europe where Macaron’s are pretty commonplace the price was a bit high. I also used to frequent a place that made them in Boston(The Thinking Cup, Boston Common) and I never paid so much there. But I digress, my biggest issue was the flavor. We bought six and my three were lavender, chocolate grand marnier and basil white chocolate. Out of the three Basil White chocolate had the best flavor profile. The other three were coffee, vanilla and chocolate. Out of those three the vanilla had the best flavor profile, the others were eh. While yes these are extremely fresh so you’re getting a great quality product, it’s not really worth the cost at 14 dollars for six. Honestly it’s a bit overpriced and would keep me away from it again. Three stars for flavor, the freshness, and most importantly the fact that the location is very clean and organized and they offer chocolates and gelato. I will say I was eyeing a Jack Daniels chocolate they had but I don’t really know if I’ll be back due to pricing. As I said obviously on Europe you can get these cheaper with better flavors and I paid less in Boston when I would buy there.

Staff was uncomfortably antisocial and awkward, did not feel welcome at this place at all! Staff seemed annoyed with my request to sample a spoon of gelato. when he did give me a sample, i tasted nothing but a spoonful of air. overpriced pastries! walked out after the poor behavior and attitude of the employee. Walked across the street to the gelato place and enjoyed a bowlful of delicious gelato. Really disappointed

I love macarons, had high hopes for this place when I saw it was opening. Macarons are ok, not the best that I’ve had, or even the second or third best. Their texture is good, a little bit too crumbly, and their flavor is a little bit bland. They’re higher priced than anywhere else I’ve tried them, $ 2.40 a piece is steep. The place is spacious and has SO much potential, hopefully they’ll do more with it than what they are currently doing. In my opinion, they need to provide more french goodness instead of only macarons, gelato, chocolates and a pathetic excuse for French pastries. I tried their chocolates and they were not great, again, the flavors were very muted — beautiful, but muted flavor. I tasted the champagne, cuban coffee and sangria chocolates — they all tasted the same, like plain chocolate. Overall I don’t think I’ll be stopping in again, not for overpriced, bland macarons.

My mom and I stumbled upon this during shopping. My mom had the coffee gelato and she really enjoyed it. I had the chocolate gelato and it deff satisfied my sweet tooth. The small size for the gelato is just enough, enough to give 2 heaping scoops. Now for the macaron that I got, it is my first time ever trying it, so it is good, but its not my thing. Just very overly sweet and not diggin’ the texture They have an awesome assortment of chocolate pieces, gift boxes of 6 to start for $ 17.00 and then it goes up. They offer coffee and really cute pastries.

So delicious. I purchased a box of 6 and ate two in a matter of five minutes. The passion fruit and dark chocolate is absolutely amazing! The only downside is they are on the expensive side, 14.50 for a box of 6.
