Treat others like you would want them to treat you. This is like a golden phrase but too many people haven’t learned to apply these principles. I drop in every season to get matched up for foundation. Really strange, but for the past year I have been having changes in my skin — oily to dry and then of course a little darker in the summer months. Don’t expect to be greeted when you come in. Just let that go. There are busy helping customers or working on correcting an issue a previous customer caused. If you get a welcome the place must be dead. I use to say the techs were well trained now I have to back up from that statement. They are great with trending items and looks but not so much on the everyday natural wear. I know MAC offers training classes for its employees. Maybe techs should be taking refresher courses. I don’t see the need to want to cake every person up. But of course this is great for prom, weddings, and big events where you’ll be taking many pictures. Back to customer service… when I have pleasant service everything is awesome. When the service seems cold and/or distant — I’m nosy — so I ask, «how are you?» That normally opens the flood gates to rant about a previous customer and/or a day of difficulty. Makes sense — but if I didn’t cause you the issue — I shouldn’t be getting the blunt of your apathy. Let that ish go and keep it moving. People buying in store are giving up time and money(I regularly find lipsticks $ 7 cheaper online) for your service. This places varies between a 3 to 4.

So nobody see’s me? No hello welcome to Mac cosmetics? No, may I help you with anything? And even if a lipstick is limited edition, you can’t help me find a lipstick shade that matches? So what? You’re just going to tell me that«We sold out» yet made no effort to give me any suggestions? Aren’t you all makeup artist? Don’t you know your products? And why have a display of makeup that’s already sold out? It’s not like anyone will help me find something similar. Customer service needs booka amount of work. *sighs* I’ll deal with Sephora. Maybe Mac In Aventura mall and call it a day.

Love MAC and all of their amazing colors and techniques. I was definitely wowed this time, as i got my makeup done and pretty for a wedding. The makeup artist, Jacob, really knew his work and what techniques to use. He contoured my face and made me feel like i was a princess. Ha! I always love all of their products and feel that this particular location stands out, as pretty much, the entire staff is very helpful.

I love MAC lip sticks and thought I would try buying in store vs usually purchasing online. Big mistake the employees ignore you and push right on by. So I thought okay maybe it’s me … I told my sister who was also with me to go and see if anyone would help her. Of course like I thought nobody did. It’s really frustrating when theirs a tiny display of lipsticks that one person at a time really can access. I spend a great amount of money on their products yet the company I GUESS can’t spend time training the employees on customer service and quality. What a shitty job not to mention went to the store inside Macy’s in aventura and how rude the associate was … Had to give this review a star didn’t deserve it.

It’s Saturday & a girl with full«event» makeup walks up frantically looking for lipstick… What do these stellar employees do? Ignore her, then tell her the shade she’s looking for isn’t made anymore,(don’t give a suggestion), & when she looks for shades herself in drawers, tell her that only employees can pull the products. THENHELPME! Clearly dissatisfied…

I love MAC ! on my last visit i had scheduled makeup with one of their technicians, Alex. I loved the attention and the fabulous job on my flawless look! I have done my makeup with MAC many times and I don’t have any complaints!

This place was very busy when I was there, and the folks were doing all they could to help everyone. The staff was more than helpful when assisting customers, and always had a smile on their faces.
