Pharmacy is ridiculous. I have had several issues with them. After this last one I decided to move all of my prescriptions to Publix

Theeeeeee slowest pharmacy ever. Drive thru should be quick and easy. I sat behind the car in front of me for at least 10 min. Currently sitting at the drive thru window with copay sitting in the bin and tech/​intern nowhere to be seen at window. If it flies out they’ll have to come out and get it. THEN, she asks for address verification AFTER she took the copay and had rx in bin. New prescription with NO offer to counsel. Luckily, I am a pharmacist so I can explain to my mom about her prescription.

Not the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are late every day that I have gone early and rude to customers at times. Over time the bad experiences have evened out with the normal ones so I added two stars.

This review is regarding the beauty consultant at the site, Rosario. I came in on a friday morning looking for cosmetic products. Two staff members said good morning, which I think it’s a nice thing to do. Anyway, wasn’t sure what foundation shade to buy and was browsing the aisle. A senior consultant, Rosario, approached me and asked me if I needed help, so I said yes. She talked with me about some options and brought me tester colors to try on. Maybe I’m just not used to this, but the fact that she offered and stayed with me until I was comfortable was really nice. Once I decided to go for a particular brand, she let me know about the offers associated with it, and pulled out additional brand coupons not advertised on the walgreens flyer (provider coupons). She also had 4 other coupons we used for other purchases I was making (e.g., nail polish). Saved $ 14 on a $ 40 bill. I was really impressed. She also added two sampler products, (hand sanitizer and sunscreen pouch) which was a nice detail.

Pharmacy is terrible. Dropped by the pharmacy to get a flu shot after seeing a sign on the front door and 4 signs inside advertising flu shot availability. Waited 10 minutes in line and when it was my turn the pharmacist said they were out and then asked me if I was over 64 (I’m 39). Told the pharmacist they should put signs up that they are out. No response. Not very bright and unprofessional. Bad combo. So we went to CVS never to return to this location.

What can I say? It is just a Walgreens, but it doesn’t have those 10 minute check out lines like CVS 2 blocks up. 3 stars for being A-​OK!
