I am particular about my nails, so I make an appointment with Ivy for every visit. But I have recommended several people here, who have all had positive experiences with other nail techs. Some people complain that it’s expensive, but it is a very nice, clean salon– so I feel you get what you pay for. Everyone is also friendly, and they make it a point to say hello every time I’m in, even though I’m not their client.

I had a gel fill and gel polish service completed with Tyler and he was great. I showed him a picture of the nail shape I wanted and he achieved perfection. Service cost 35 $ not including tip. I will definitely return to this salon. Only down side is not many gel colors to choose from.

Ask for Ky! I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Gel polish lasts 3 weeks without chipping. Ky is an awesome nail technician, he does not disappoint!

This was my second time a this salon, my first experience wasn’t great at all so months later I decided to give it another chance. Nothing has changed actually probably worse! I had an appointment with a specific person (someone recommended on Unilocal) I get there 5mins late which i did call to inform them about. They inform me that someone else will be doing my nails since i was 5mins late. The person who did my nails spoke ZERO ENGLISH couldn’t even get by. I felt she was afraid to ask anyone for help as to what I was saying I had to flag different people down to help translate. Some of the workers didn’t even speak her native tongue. I paid more money for a deluxe message with 10min massage i got maybe a 1 minute massage. I got a gel manicure that was all messed up and you can see in my pic and 3 days later they were chipped! This place isn’t even cheap $ 100 for just a gel mani and regular pedi!

I’m definitely a returning customer :) I’ve been with Lee 2x & I’m obsessed she’s amazing ! I used to rarely do my nails at salons but now I’m a regular I also do my eyebrows with lily & she’s awesome as well :)

I have been coming to this nail salon since it opened and have been through 2 owners and now the 3^rd, the only reason I’ve stayed is because some of the nail techs are really just that good but today was the last straw. The owners niece usually works the front counter, and I don’t know about you guys but show me how you treat your workers and I’ll tell you who you are. She’s young, though it’s not an excuse because she’s my age, and treats them horrible when her aunt isn’t around. She yells, she’s rude, and she makes customers very uncomfortable. She’ll simply tell them «well do you want me to call my aunt? Do you? You want me to call Jackie? Didn’t think so just do what I say». It’s really ridiculous the attitude she has every single time, like she never has a good day! I guess I was just taught to respect those around me. Also when you call to make an appointment she acts like she’s doing you a favor and can’t be bothered. Her tone is horrible.
Jackie, you may not know this is going on but when you aren’t around she treats your workers like trash. Maybe that’s how you want your ship to be run but regardless I will never step foot in there again. It’s disgusting how you can treat people like 3^rd class citizens when they’re the only reason the customers visit your establishment. Talk to your techs, they all hate her but won’t tell you because of how she threatens them. It’s gross.

Love this spot ! They do great hair, nails, and wax. They are also reasonable ask for Dan, he does great hair !

They do nails okay nothing special… I’ve never said omg I totally love my nails when they do them. They’re kinda expensive to me but the place looks very clean and nice so I guess that’s why.

Yes, this salon gets busy. But that’s a good thing. I’d be more worry if it were empty all the time. I do advise appt’s if you are particular with when and what times you want the services, other than that they welcome walk-​ins. It’s by far one of my favorite places to get a relaxing pedicure.

If you want great long lasting nails go to KIM. She is awesome! She has great attention to details, takes her time, and I have never left feeling as though I wasted my money.

Walked in and was serviced immediately. The usual pedicure with the massage chair. Warm towels on lower legs towards end of pedicure along with a short foot massage. Whole process was quick. Salon was clean. No complaints.
I will go back again.

The pedicure section was very dirty I left with the bottom of my feet exactly the same way I came in and very pricey for a gel pedicure, I didn’t even pay that much when I used to live in Brickel.

I love this place, my nails always come out look no great and they last even if it’s just a regular manicure and pedicure.

I went for the first time because the place I usually go to was packed and I will never go back. They charged me $ 102 for a manicure and a pedicure. The explanation I got was because they had to «fix three nails.» Ummm… A manicure is meant to fix all ten nails and just because you dedicated a little more time you want to charge me that much? Completely ridiculous. I have never paid so much in my life for such stupid service.

Darling feeling pretty and looking good always is a must for women… You walk out feeling like that from here.

I think i have finally found my go to nail salon!!!
I arrived 20 mins after they had opened so i was assisted instantly.(I went in for a gel mani and pedi.) The nail tech did not speak much English so he said very little and began my pedicure instantly. He took his and time and was very gentle. (Which i like) The salon was very clean and well kept. After the awesome pedi he took me over to began my gel mani. He moved at a slow pace but his work was very neat and he didn’t talk at all lol. But i liked him. I didn’t catch his name but he did i really good job.
The gel mani and pedi came up to $ 50. which is not too bad.
Overall i was satisfied with my mani and pedi and i hope the next time i go its just as good as my first time.
ALSO: It does get very crowded!!! The best time to go is when they just open

Great greeting as soon as I walked in. Everyone told me their name. I got the smallest spa package and also a haircut. I will go back! The reason for the 4 starts is because I wasn’t told that the opi nail polish would be an extra 5.00. The massage was great & Velma did an awesome job on my hair! (I’m so glad I found her, I’m quite picky about my hair!)

I heard about this place from Jehan from ibrows by Jehan. I am so satisfied by their customer service and results. I will definitely be coming back. They were able to work with the idea that I had. They also have a hair salon in the same location, very convenient! Also the place is very trendy and clean.

This is usually my spot to get my nails done, but today it all changed walked in at 645 pm on a Saturday knowing that the close on Saturday nights at 8pm. Had the receptionists tell me sorry we’re closed. If you’re close lock the door. Oh just tell me no one is available or want to do my nails. Honest is the best policy!!! No longer my spot!
