Steve Zein was awesome in assisting us select a bed for our baby girl. Even though he was recovering from a recent surgery he moved as many beds needed for us to lay in and test. Will def come back.

I bought a mattress in the store A month ago, two of the sprint poke through the surface, so I went back for an exchange. I spoke with The ladies who was on duty at that time, she say she was going to look in the computer for my info, guess what happened, you will not believe this. She fall asleep on her chair, and snoring, while the computer is searching for my info. This is at noon time, broad daylight, WTF. After I wake her up, she told me that she was not able to help me, she give me her manager number and told me to call the manager. That is 45 mins waste of my time. 1 star is lowest rating, if there is no star, I will give that.
P. S that was for the recent visit.
