58 minute hold time for customer service. 39 second hold time for sales. Seems like they only care for your sale but after you’re a customer it all goes down hill… I have been calling for days and could not get through to customer service. I am RETURNING MY BED. I’m done! When I finally got a hold of someone they charged me a $ 179 fee to return the bed and I have to wait 3 – 4 weeks for them to pick it up. So sloppy. I called tempurpedic and they sold me their best bed KING SIZE and at a great price. Sleep Number who? So overrated, over priced and poor customer service.

Buyers BEWARE! God forbid this transaction does not go THEIR WAY! This company’s practices are abusive and borderline ilegal. Bed bought on 12÷29÷14. Defective product arrived 1÷14÷15. Transaction CANCELLED that day. According to AMEX the company will take as long as it legally can to reimburse your money. Part of the money reimbursed on 3÷7÷15 (60 days plus) Now the game is… they have NO record of the FEDEX courier tracking number to reimburse the money corresponding to sheets and bed legs. Items sent on January 15^th at our expense when clearly THEY where at fault! This in one of those transactions where a lawyer may be needed. I am glad we did not persue this purchase and now have to take time to argue over the cost of items they have in their posession. I will NEVER buy a bed form these people. Don’t want to know how they will respond to the MANY THINGS that can go wrong with these products. Oh and by the way… don’t bother speaking to Store Manager Todd Furbish @ Pembroke Pines Store… Unprofessional unreliable and plainyl RUDE.

After our experience with mattress firm and mattress one see my reviews for both we went here not really knowing much about their products but have heard of them. We we promptly greeted by a salesman named David he was very nice and we told him we didn’t know much about them and he went over every detail about their products and services. He encouraged us to try as many beds and features of the bed as possible while explaining everything to us. After about an hour in the store we found a bed we liked in our price range but after finding out my wife was a nurse he said nurse and certain types of doctors get a 25% discount and a $ 100 gift card for every person they recommend. After this he showed us a better bed that with the discount would be in our price range which we did like a lot better and ended up buying it. He did say it normally takes about 2 weeks for delivery as each one is made according to the exact specifications of the customer but due to the holidays it will probably be about 3 week’s or so before it’s delivered which is understandable considering the situation. And while it did take about an hour and a half from when we walked it to the time we left David was just as nice when we left as when we walked in never loosing his patients with us or our child who was getting a little impatient at this time and started to fuss a little which they were understanding about and even tried to entertain him with toys they have there for kids. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go check them out and speak to David I wish more sales people were like him.
