Metro PCS gives horrible service. We are 20 deep with customers waiting. Finally up next and 2 of the reps go in the back room for 20 minutes now. The only breath of fresh air is Roger who is polite by nature and is willing to give as much information to help all the upset customers. Come on METRO you are a multi million corporation get it together. Shame on you

Seriously for the last 3 or more years I’ve gone in here on numerous occassions and Ive specifically gone to THIS store(passing others that are closer to me) to have Andrea help me… she is the best! I can literally hand her my phone and she fixes it, transfers data without my having to worry about it, etc… Yesterday had to get a new phone and she totally hooked me up, took care of all my stuff(I’ve mentioned I don’t know jack about my phone!?) and I was in and out! She’s the best!

I purchased an otter box form there and paid $ 42.40. It cracked and I sent the pics that otter box requires to replace it and they refused and said that my OtterBox was not authentic it was a counterfeit. So this is what you can expect from that store.

WORSTSERVICEEVER!!! This company does not care about its customers. My mother purchased a cell phone at a dealer and it came with a damages charge port, the dealer asked us to go the to request an exchange. The so called«manager» at this location immediately implied that the phone had been damaged by my mother after used and refused to even consider the exchange. I would recommend you stay away from doing business with this company. I for one will be writing to corporate to complain about the awful service experience. Again, STAYAWAY! Doesn’t even deserve a single star.

I have had the service for just over a month and the issue that occurred is that the phone in question, the lg motion 4g, randomly stopped working. The part that stopped working was the screen. Upon taking it to the store I spoke to who I believe was the manager of this corporate run store. Upon inspection of the phone he said the water sticker was tripped and they could not do anything with the phone. I asked if they can do a power cycle of the phone to see if it would fix the problem and he said there is nothing he can do to help. I even brought the original materials and packaging that came with the phone. He said I would have to buy the same phone to solve the problem. Trusting the employee I purchased the same phone new for 149.99 + 15.00 transfer of service fee, not including tax. I set up the new phone at home and let the old lg phone charge and after a full charge on the old phone it started working absolutely fine. I attempted to return the item since it had under 1 hour of talk time and they said since it was not a new line there was nothing they can do. I feel that all the employee was trying to do is meet a quota for the store or was receiving commission and that is why he told me there was nothing he could do. I am now stuck with the same phone the 1 month old phone and the new phone and Metropcs will not take the phone or at least give me some kind of credit since they are selling the same phone for 100 dollars less on their website. The store in which this occurred is address 9900 Pines Blvd, PEMBROKEPINESFL, 33024. There store number is 2003 and the store phone number is(954) 437‑1448. I purchased the original phone on November 29th2012 and the new phone which is the same as the original on January 6th2012. The only thing I ask is that they give me a 100.00 + the 15.00 dollar service fee refund since they are selling the phone on their own website for 100 dollars less and the 15 dollar fee is for a transfer or service even though I purchased the phone from there corporate store. I will attempt to sell the phone on ebay or something of the sort to make up the rest of the lost money.
