Office Depot

Angelo was Great help. He helped us find the perfect desk for our office. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond, out of his way to stop what he was doing and helped us 100%. Thanks alot and great location

Pretty lame Office Depot. Inappropriate language being used by staff in front of patrons, lack of variety in items, and high prices. This store sucks and from what I can tell is poorly managed. I won’t return.

The only time I love coming to the print and copy section is when Monica is working. Mara is not to friendly, the other associate who works at the copy area. She does not seem to like working with customers, her voice is very monotone. Maybe you were having a bad day, but please don’t take it out of paying customers!!!

I stopped here on my way home to Naples on ⁸⁄₇ and it was GREAT. I was a little worried because I saw negative reviews, but I only needed a few small things and thought I’d take a chance. What’s up people? This place was great. The store was full of shoppers and staff. The shelves were stocked and neatly organized. Two nice young men helped me find my supplies and the check-​out line moved right along even though the store was very busy. Nice place!

Stopped in to make a fee copies for an event I was hosting. Used the self service copiers and noticed a sign that said to bring my receipt to the registers after I had made my copies. After using the machines, no receipt printed so I stood in line at the copy area and inquired with the attendant who told me there was an option to print a «report» which is what I would then take to the registers. I go back to the copier and no such option exists. By this time the line had grown again so I just took my copies to the register to pay. The cashier then proceeds to overcharge my for my copies, assuming that the attendant made the copies for me. I corrected her and she adjusted the price but what irked me about it was the fact that she just rang it up at the higher price without asking which option I used. I’ll probably return to this location to make a purchase but not for their customer service.

This place has the worst Managment I’ve ever seen, I’ve stopped going and now drive farther to an Office Max. I was having an issue with a printing service the last time and it required a manager. When she came, she barely listened and then walked away from me saying there was nothing they could do. The employee had no idea what to do and it is the worst service I’ve ever had.

The directors of «The Walking Dead» will be able to film here without a problem. It’s desolate, depressing, and the staff have a glazed over look in their eyes. What an empty place.

Came in to use the copy machines. Two out of the three machines were not working. The machine that was working: you had to swipe your card before you even begin… So if you make copies and it doesn’t come out right (too light etc) I’m guessing you get charged.
Employees were just standing around talking, no one said hello when I walked in, no one offered their assistance. I definitely won’t be returning here.

Nice big office depot, that is about it lol. All of Office depots are the same, understaffed, slow at the register where there is usually only one person working.

The customer service here is just plain horrible. Went in to find an envelope for a large mailing. No one was around to help (or be overly helpful). Then, trying to save time, I decided to use their USPS mailing area. Yeah. Didn’t save any time. The lady started helping me then walked away and started helping another customer. Finished with that customer and started helping another one. 30 minutes later, my package was finally mailed off (hopefully it will get to its destination). I am not impressed with this Office Depot. I would not recommend it to anyone.
