Pizza Hut

I had just spent 10 min online TRYING to order a med pizza and a chocalate cookie. When I was done I get a message saying we’re not taking online orders… well thank you
Then I call this Pizza Hut, put in my order then I’m told I’m out of their area.
Then I call PH on Pembroke Rd. Place my order then I’m told they are only accepting cash…
That’s why I get my pizza at FANTACY PIZZA

Ordered pizza at 11:25 pm. They said it would take 35 minutes. It is now 12:35am and still no pizza. Normally, I would think that maybe it’s just delayed. However, I have been calling and no one is answering the phone. Online it says they are open until, so there is no reason for them to not be answering. Unfortunately, we used a credit card so we are out money and have no pizza. Worst experience ever ordering pizza!!!

Ordered delivery, the guy calls to ask where my building is… come to find out he is in the wrong neighborhood. After 15 min of playing GPS for the guy, we hang up. I get a call from my gate, then he calls and says he isn’t in the neighborhood. Called the store to cancel order. Probably don’t order delivery… lost a customer.

Would not recommend to anyone. I was a very dissatisfied first time customer. I placed my order online and when I came to pick up the order, it was not even put in because they forgot. Waited 30 mins for my order to be ready with no apology.

I went here for lunch, I was greeted by a Spanish lady and she took my order. I ordered a cheese personal pan pizza along with a bottle water to go. The amount of time to make the pizza was about 15 minutes but something went wrong there. I was suppose to have the bottled water but someone took it so I didn’t bother.
Next time I would say my name when I order so I can at least know when is my order is ready then me wondering what did I ordered with it. That’s why the 2 stars is for.

Kinda sad to see the Hut going downhill, because I have been a fan of their pizza for a long time. Actually, let me clarify that: it’s been their pan pizza that I have always been a fan of.
Anyway, once a year or so, they have a limited time special… Cheesy Bites pizza. I know how good this can be, because I have had it before. Well, we either got a couple of loser pies, or they are all just being made this way.
We called in an order for delivery. I was wondering if I should have just saved myself the annoyance of calling it in and gone to get it, but the lazy side won out this time. Advertisements say one free topping, but don’t try getting extra cheese, because they want to consider that premium and charge extra. Really? Cheese on pizza is premium? So we played 20 questions with the order taker, waited a bit longer than what the said, and finally sank our teeth into a total disappointment of a pizza that we had such high hopes for. We could have had a nice dinner out for what we paid, or pizza from our ol’ reliable place, two times.
In short:
Service: lousy
Food quality: disappointing
Value: awful (if the pizza were good, I would overlook the price).
