Awww Lindy’s! Another one of my regular haunts when I was a kid in Pembroke. Just as with it’s neighbor, Dimitri’s (see my review!) I used to ride my bike here to get treat, be it candy, or a soda, or an ice cream, or to pick up bread or milk or eggs. The same people have been running it forever, and they are all super friendly and helpful. Likewise, the same old men have been sitting on the stools playing Keno for just as long. Your friendly neighborhood corner store, reasonably priced and now adjacent to a brand new tattoo parlor and the delicious Dimitris, Lindy’s has everything you need from cat food, to milk, to alcohol, to Bazooka gum, to Cow Tails.
