From start to finish the service was exemplary. Being a first time suit buyer and going to a funeral in another state I was a little nervous of what to expect.
The clothing was very stylish, the employees helpful and cheerful and just an overall great atmosphere.
I would highly recommend trying them out. Their prices were very fair.

I had a very specific suit in mind when starting my search and Incognito had what I was looking for.
There seemed to be a wide selection of both used and new suits but I only found one that met my criteria (black or navy, narrow lapels, short cut and two button).
The staff at the store is great! Simply put I received a ton of help with proper sizing and realized I have been wearing the wrong size jackets and shirts.
Turn around time is good — pants hemmed by Tuesday when ordered on a Sunday one hour from closing.
Seemed like the longer I hung out the more free things I accumulated… Free shirt and tie with suit purchase.
Reasonable price for a new suit and what seemed to be cheap prices for used.
Really dark changing room was odd but whatever I can change in the dark, just wish I remembered the fly zipper.

This was my second year taking my son to Incognito to get his prom tuxedo and, once again, they have proven to me the value of small businesses. Although Drew was the employee who helped us out during the initial ordering and then at pick-​up, it seemed like everyone had a vested interest in the quality of my son’s tuxedo and assisted in making him look really sharp! Finally, contrary to the normally high prices that you may run into with small businesses, the value you get from Incognito tuxedoes are incredible. I would certainly recommend this men’s store to anybody looking for a prom tuxedo!

Took my brother here to buy an suit for my wedding, he’s quite tall so we thought it would be a long shot but I’m so glad we found this place because he looked great. He tried on so many suits looking for one that he liked and could be lengthened to fit. The clerk was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the cuts that would look best on his frame, as well as what could and could not be altered. The selection of pre-​owned suits was OK and I’m sure our experience was skewed since there, understandably, was not a lot of selection for 6’5″ and a 34/​36″ waist. It took a while but we finally found a suit for him! The pants and sleeves were about 2−3″ too short but after alterations they fit him beautifully. His girlfriend took her father there for a suit as well and they found a suit for him in about 30 minutes. I would recommend Incognito to anyone looking for a nice suit on a budget, the shop was comfortable, staff was great and the alterations were reasonably priced and came back quickly with good quality.
