I don’t know where to start. The store is plain old fashioned dirty! Frust and dirt all over the floor! Helloooooooooooooooo! It’s a fabric & craft store… the dirt was prolific in the fabric section! Yikes! I used their rest room… it too was lacking in cleanliness… there was actual fecal or some other matter caked on the seat! I informed the clerk. Hey, if someone doesn’t tell them… how could they know? The fabric was well organized… even the sale sections. The craft areas were not well organized. The store is horribly cluttered, the aisles are close and near impossible to walk by someone with a cart… especially in the crafting areas. Finally, the clerks. There are a couple of employees that are super friendly and über helpful. Otherwise… expect to wait forever to check out and a while to get fabric cut… and consider yourself lucky if you happen to get the fun, friendly and helpful clerks. It’s only going to get worse, especially now that Webster, Auburn, and Oswego, JoAnns are closing… all for the same reason, rent went up! What-ever! I won’t be shopping at Joanns much… only if I am desperate, simply because it’s too far to drive! I may as well go to Walmart, it’s closer. Actually, no… I will order from competitors.

The staff seem like they were disinterested and lazy including the supposed evening mgr. Store was mostly empty but they acted as if it was Christmas. I agree with the other reviewer, they need to clean house. We were looking for a fabric pattern that they only had in blue & white we wanted black and white. First employee when approached said curtly«I’m on the phone»! and never came back. Second employee tried to help but had to ask phone employee who told her to tell us to «Google it» or try some other«larger Jo Ann store». She said if «we were not soooo busy we would look it up for you». Really? I did google it as soon as we left and found it on with free shipping. Thanks Jo Ann Fabrics for sending us elsewhere. Brick and Mortar stores complain they cant compete with on line retailers well I am always willing to support local stores & pay more for better service but when you have employees that couldn’t get hired in Fast Food what do you expect? How long before this store closes its doors and blames it on the internet? Will not return!

Oh jeeze I’m not a consistent crafter but every once and awhile I look at something and think, «I can make a ribbon belt, I can make a scarf cheaper than buying one. They always have sale items and seasonal décor. Coupons are frequently in the news paper, and you can sign up for email, text or mail coupons too.

I am more of an AC Moore type of gal but this is convenient for when I just need something simple or quick. This last trip I went for ribbon. They had a pretty good selection but I wish it was just a little bigger because I wanted my ribbon to be wired and the wired ribbon selection in each color wasn’t really the best. I found what I wanted and I am happy with my selection. I came here previously to get some supplies to use to make coasters. Everything was reasonably priced and I was able to find what I needed ever though I didn’t have a massive selection. This location is small but it still has the basics of what one might need for their crafting. Overall, I will continue to come here when I am in the area and need something because it is so close and easy to get to.

Store unorganized. Original price on price tag inflated in order to offer a percentage off based on display sign. Always a long slow line at checkout. Staff pale and slow, UNinterested. Waited 10 minutes in line to have 2 yards of fabric cut, then waited another 15 minutes in checkout line. It’s like this every time I go in… Will now avoid. They need to clear out the whole store, hire a new highly motivated manager and start over!

Not the best selection of patterns: | Did not have what I was I was looking for and I checked Vogue, McCalls, Simplicity, and Burda, as I had a number for every maker. Nothing. This store is smaller than the Webster store, or at least feels like it has less fabrics and more craft supplies for making homey decorations, for which I am so wholly not their target market.
