I am stunned at the ratings here. These guys have the absolute best wine, best humor, and best staff of any of the wineries on the lake! I come back twice a year for a case for myself, and for friends in Maryland! That doesn’t include any visits in between! Every time I arrive I only meet great people that are willing to dive in to help me fill my boxes and always have help carrying them out to my car. And super bonus: Their member card never expires! I brought it with me thinking I might get a discount towards buying the new member card, but the cashier let me know it doesn’t expire. You guys rock and don’t let anyone tell you different! I buy the Redneck wines up and share it all so fast that I have to get back to buy more. I have so many people addicted to Redneck wine, the liquor stores around me had to start carrying the Redneck White and Red because we kept asking for it! Now if only I could get them to carry the cousins…

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. It was one of my favorites from my wine tasting adventure. Niagara was my favorite, and they give you a coupon for $ 3 off a bottle of wine if you do a wine tasting. They have a cute little set up, and some of the best souvenir/trinkets you can purchase!

It’s our wine Monday tasting tour. We went to Torrey ridge because it’s next in line. We tried a total of 12 wines and all of them seemed WAY to sweet and watered down. We didn’t buy anything, they don’t do industry discount either. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you enjoy mainly wine cooler sweet wines. Blah.

I’ve been to so many different wineries in the region that it surprises me that this one gets away with wine blends that taste like water. The wines are nothing to be excited about especially considering this is a region that is VERY rich in wineries. You’ve got to be competitive and this one just seems to have given up or is stagnating. The girl behind the counter was nice, but I felt as though I was being pressured to spend money on a bottle of wine to earn some of my tasting fee back. I didn’t make any purchases even though I was trying very hard to find something to like.

Came by at 4:50 and it was supposed to be opened until 5:00 but it was closed Very sad. But it looked quite nice on the outside and those in our group said it was great in the past. Must have been a slow day for them.

The wines/ciders are mediocre and the service is rude to the point where its borderline offensive. Go someplace else that will appreciate your patronage.

Love these folks, they treated us like family, we loved their large selection of mead wines. desert in a bottle! The service was outstanding, we tasted many of their hand crafted mead style wines, and purchased accordingly, we will be back!

We were on a wine tour and we knew we had to stop in and check out the Redneck Wines and maybe get a few with crazy labels as silly Christmas gifts. Much to our disappointment, the wines were very bland and almost tasted watered-down. The staff were very kind and the wines were very fun and goofy, but they just didn’t taste good. There were plenty of wineries that were much, much better in the area and I wouldn’t waste my time here if I was planning a wine trip around Lake Seneca.

Service was awful. The server didn’t smile, say hello, offer information. Nothing. Less than one star.

Medium size winery with a large tasting room upstairs. It wasn’t as packed as the others so we were able to slide right in, which was nice. It was $ 2 for a tasting of 6 wines. The chick leading the wine tasting wasn’t necessarily the most enthusiastic person, but wasn’t horrible by any means. Just didn’t give a lot of facts like the other wineries did. The winery seems to be known for their honey wines, which I thought was a very cool concept. That being said, I thought I’d like it, but a lot of the options ended up being just too sweet for me. But, I did find two I thought were okay… I really liked the Cherry Charisma, which is 30% cherry 70% honey. It was a nice touch to offer tiny chocolate chips with the drink, which they said you should sip, chip, sip. So in doing that you really get a nice taste of cherry and chocolate together. I also thought the Twinkle, with 100% honey wine and a bit of carbonation, was good. Just a bit too sweet for my palate. And, on to the next one…

Beautiful winery and tasting room. The wines are definitely on the fruity /sweet /foxy side, so if you’re not into a very Finger Lake tasting wine, you may need to go somewhere else.

Beautiful tasting room. I liked their cute and funny labels. They have various wines but I felt taste mostly same. It doesn’t matter the semi-dry or sweet wine, I could taste Niagara grapes. When I asked tasting room staff what are they known for, she couldn’t answer. and couldn’t recommend the wines. I came out empty handed…

Beautiful location. The Emmy Lou wine was my favorite. Their wine labels are adorable, and the wine is pretty tasty!

We are a group of couples /friends in our late 30’s and 40’s planned a trip to stay on Lake Keuka, rent a limo bus and tour tour the Seneca Wineries on 10⁄22. Two weeks prior to our event, I planned out itinerary, scouting the net for which wineries we would like and to make reservations(we are a group of 11) at the ones who require it. Torrey Ridge and Earle are sister wineries occupying the same building. I could not find any requirements for reservations on their website, but did see a note on the Finger Lakes Tourism website that indicated reservations were required at Torrey for groups of 12 or more. Being that we were under that limit, I did not need to call, however, being the planner that I was, I did pre-call the wineries on our itinerary to ensure we would have a smooth trip. When I called Torrey the day before our arrival, at 3:36PM, no one answered the phone. I called back at 3:38PM to ensure that I did call the right number and again, no one answered. When we arrived at 11:15AM on 10⁄22 we were rudely greeted at the door by an older woman asking if we had a reservation. The members referred her to me and I told her that we did not need them, as there were only 11 and I did call. She immediately(and quite rudely) said that we could not come in and that we aren’t the first group she turned away today. I tried explaining I did call and she called me a liar, saying that she always answers the phone and there is no way I called. What type of business turns away responsible, adult, paying customers? The attitude immediately turned our whole group off instantly and will never patronize this business. There were only two other vehicles at the winery, they were not busy and we DID call and didn’t even meet the numbers of guests who require reservations. We are a group of professionals who deal with customers in our own businesses and were flabbergasted at the way we were treated. I can’t contribute on how their wine tastes, since we weren’t even allowed through the door. I wonder if it matches the sour attitude of their staff? We went down the road to Ashley Lynn winery, with no reservation. We were greeted pleasantly, given more samples than anyone would ever expect, the family member staff even carried our purchases to our limo for us! And they even threw in two bottles of wine for us to enjoy on the limo!!! Needless to say, their kind attitude and wonderful customer service won all of us over as life-long customers and we bought six cases of wine!

For years I have been an avid fan of their Diamond wine, I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves a sweet white. Remarkable!!! The winery offers a balcony overlooking scenic Seneca Lake where you can enjoy a glass of wine. On the weekends their is usually live music. Very worth the visit!!!
