The quality of my manicures and pedicures is right on par with my favorite salon (Nail Dimension), but the whole experience was kinda blah. The place is loud, bright, colorful, crowded. It wasn’t relaxing at all, which is half of the reason I go for a mani/​pedi in the first place.

Great customer service and clean. Always feel good leaving there. Midweek is best time to go when they’re less crowded so you don’t have to wait.

Bummed to see the bad reviews because I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences at Dolce. Although, I haven’t been in while since moving out of the area.
Prices are a little higher than I’ve seen elsewhere and yes, there is typically a wait so I definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time. I also always request Sue and/​or Julie for my gel manicure and (regular) pedicure. Sometimes they even give you a quick shoulder massage while your nails are drying :)

Waiting, waiting and more waiting. This place is always overbooked and understaffed. Even with an appointment you could end up waiting well over 30 minutes. With so many nail salons in the area it’s just not worth it.

I’ve been here a handful of times and every time have had a great experience! Yes sometimes you have to wait but that’s like that at many nail salons. Price isn’t bad either compared to others in the area.
