Terrible! I’ve only been here twice. The first time I ordered a flavored iced coffee and it was disgusting, on top of that the man at the counter was asking way too many personal questions and just made me uncomfortable. I returned almost a year later in hopes of some better service; unfortunately, still disgusting coffee. This time i ordered a hot coffee and it was so bad that i took two sips, which were way beyond the level of hot that any coffee should be, and had to toss it. This is of course after half of it spilled in my car because it was filled to the brim. It’s obvious they are selling burnt coffee and have no regards of cleaning their coffee pots at the end of the day. I’m sure the one decent review for this location has to have some affiliation with the owner bc no one in their right mind would go to this location otherwise. Stay away, drive the extra few miles to Starbucks– trust me it’s worth it!

Exceptionally slow morning service. It took me 30 minutes to get to order with only two people in front of me when I arrived. The woman also was chatting with her friend in gudrathi the whole time. She finally tried to hand me half the food I ordered and when I told her I was still missing the rest of my order she was very snippy. I was unimpressed to say the least

The service at this location has dropped significantly since there were staff changes. You used to be able to get through the Drive thru quickly and have a quick good morning with the cashier. Now its like a robot is waiting on you and its takes forever to get through the drive thru. Yesterday I waited in line for 9 minutes and when I finally got to the window I had to wait for her to make my coffee because it wasnt ready. I visit this location every day on my way to work and would switch to another if I could. Please hire someone personable and with common sense. You dont make the customer at the window wait while you gather the orders for the people behind them in line.

I’m happy to report that my experiences at this Dunkin Donuts location does not mirror the experiences of the other customers who gave it one star reviews. First of all, the gentleman who works the morning shift(tall Indian fellow) has my coffee ready before I even get to the counter. He’s always courteous, charming and has, on many occasions, handed my kid a free donut, this despite the fact that my four year old son constantly tries to steal the gift cards off the counter. I have seen some truly appalling behavior from customers at this location — «why is my coffee so hot??? Why don’t you have any more pumpkin glazy gooey sugar poop inducing donuts anymore!!! You put ketchup on that?!? Thanks, dickface, the world will now stop spinning!!!» kind of stuff and the staff handles it all with more aplomb than I could probably muster. Generally speaking, I think the place is reasonably clean, it’s spacious, there’s usually enough parking, the surroundings are safe, etc. This is definitely not a one star establishment and I think the throng of people that flock to it in the morning speaks to that.

Don’t come here if you want donuts. They don’t have any. At least they didn’t today. And no, it wasn’t 8 pm; it was 8:30AM. Prime donut time! When I pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered a coffee and two donuts. They mumbled something back which I couldn’t make out and then told me to pull around to the window. I did and when the lady told me my total was $ 2.02, I knew something was awry. I reminded her that I had ordered two donuts in addition to the coffee and she flatly replied, «we don’t have any donuts.» I must have laughed or given her a quizzical look because she seemed put out to further explain that they didn’t get a shipment in today. What?!? You have«donut» in the name of your store and you don’t have donuts? I would have been less irritated if she had then offered me my coffee for free or even asked if there was something I wanted instead(which I would have been happy to pay for). A bagel or muffin perhaps? But she just stared at me as if to say«move it along». So I did and I won’t be going back. Also, when I’ve been here in the past, they didn’t sell orange juice! Again, a breakfast donut shop with no orange juice and spotty availability of donuts?!? They get a big, fat, donut-shaped zero in my book.

The food was typical Dunkin donuts but when I stopped in the bathroom I was disgusted by the lack of any sign of cleanings. Even more disturbing was the lack of soap in the bathroom or main eating area. Makes me wonder if the employees bother to wash before handling the food.
