Air Design Systems

All I have to say is less than 100 $ service fee on a Sunday at 8 pm. Fast good service AC is on and colder than ever. Thank you.

We’ve been so impressed with ALL of the services we received from Air Design Systems. We first called them to take a look at our water supply, which had rust in it. We ended up needing a new hot water heater, new pipes, AND a water filter to eliminate the problem. The main water lines in the street are full of rust in our neighborhood, so this was the only solution.
Air Design sent excellent employee after excellent employee to our house for each job. We did not have a bad experience throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

These guys have a F/​T after-​hours answering service, and it dispatches a plumber to contact you. They charge the same for a basic service call no matter what time of day it is, about $ 132 if the problem is in the first six feet (yes, buying a plumber’s snake — drain auger — is therefore a good investment. We are renting and were not sure what the problem was, or we would have tried that). The plumber calls you first, asks a few diagnostic questions, arrives in uniform and quotes the price up front over the phone (it’s higher if they have to go farther than 6′ into the system). Ours was a personable fellow named John, who stayed and tested the system to be sure it was really fixed. It was after 5:30 PM when we had the problem.
We did try calling some smaller local plumbing businesses first, but could not reach a live person, and for the one who said, «for after hours problems, please call _​_​_​at ___(number)___,» the number to which he referred us rolled to voicemail and the mailbox was full.
Eventually, after John had left, we got a call from one of the other plumbers we had tried to reach, but by then the problem was long fixed. Air Design Systems is a huge company that does HVAC and so forth for businesses. I’m not really sure why they are in the residential plumbing referral business, but it was very comforting getting such a quick and effective response.
Of course, since y’all have wonderful restaurant advice I came to Unilocal first, but was sadly disappointed; I couldn’t find reviews for almost anybody.
