Coach-N-Four Steak House

I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day dinner. I have heard rave reviews via word-​of-​mouth about this place for years, so, I decided to give it a go. Firstly, I ordered a beer, a single draft beer that was one of four draft beers offered by this establishment that is made in a local brewery. The waitress came back to the table and told me that they didn’t have the Porter, but the did have the Amber. I said the Amber would be fine. The waitress returned to the table with a Michelob in the bottle. I asked what is this and then the waitress told me that they don’t actually have any of the local beers on the me u on draft. While ordering there was an item that I ordered that the waitress said was incorrect on the menu. I ordered a $ 28 filet for my entreé, which was cooked to my specified temperature but seasoned wrong. I ordered it with blackened seasoning, but it wasn’t seasoned. I will likely give them another shot in the future, but they have got to get the kitchen tied to the waitress and the menu to compliment the product. The waitress continually made it a point to tell me that it was her third day on the job. Not to sound mean, but that is not my problem.

Had dinner here 2 weeks ago food and service was good. Bartender didn’t want to serve us drinks though after our dinner at the bar she didn’t want to pull everything back out she said. Disappointed in that considering we spent 140.00 just on dinner and wine bottle and a tip and she said the bar was open a hour still. Not good idea to turn away guests especially new ones.

I love the au jus that Coach-​N-​Four creates along with their homemade ranch dressing with a secret ingredient (I’m thinking a smidgen of horseradish that does not overpour yet adds a «kick.») The restaurant looks like an old-​time western tavern/​restaurant. They do extract a 15% tip based on the price of your bill, so beware of this. Service is good though, and I am happy they are now open on Sundays.

Very good. Nice atmosphere, I thought the steak was delicious and I will be back. Waiter was friendly and price was good for amount of food.
