After being disappointed by a trip to Bodacious Brew down the street, I’m glad I found another nearby, local coffee shop. The shop is a bit small but there are more seating options in the back. Staff was friendly and it was a cool, laid back atmosphere and the drinks are delicious. Aside from coffee, they also sell beer and pastries. Will definitly be visitng this cute coffee shop again.

Probably on of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had. I never knew how amazing a honey latte could be. The kids playroom was a nice addition, too bad you have to have kids to use it.

I loved everything about this coffee shop!!! It has a nice & cozy vibe. My chai latte was so delicious and I really enjoyed that it was served in a big mug. The barista was very friendly as well. I will be making this a frequent stop when I’m downtown.

Great little shop with lots of character and local flavor. Had a great breve latte and would have sampled a sweet had it not been a holiday(more sweets to come this afternoon). Fine assortment of coffee, tea, and adult bevvies.

My new favorite coffee place! Both the hot and cold brews are smooth and lovely. Atmosphere is amazing and the staff is always helpful. I can sit in this coffee shop for hours with friends and not feel unwelcomed or in the way like at other coffee shops or restaurants. Try the caramel crème frappé for a cold goody or the hot vanilla latte if you’re looking for a warm treat. Good, quiet atmosphere. Perfect for studying, reading, or catching up with a friend over a cuppa.

Was in town visiting friends and found this coffee bar while I was walking along Palafox. They have two tables outside to sit with your pup so that is nice plus hopjacks is next doors with more outdoor seating. I was going to order the fit frappé but decided against it due to the powder they use. Instead I got a black dark roast coffee and a chai Irish coffee. The coffee was really good, it had a nice bold flavor. The Irish coffee was a little too sweet for my taste so I probably would not order it again. I definitely will be making this my coffee spot when I am in town and I look forward to trying the other cocktails they have on the menu. I normally drink my coffee black but I did notice they had almond milk, soy milk, and half and half at a pour yourself area which is nice.

I’m visiting family, and found out there was a new coffee shop. The honey lattes are da bomb! Also, it’s pretty inside, and their Italian espresso machine looks like a work of art.

I bookmarked Fosko while I was researching nearby coffee shops before a work trip to Pensacola. Their cool-looking gold espresso machine really caught my attention(I’m a very visual person), but was not sold on the coffee pics I’d seen. I really wanted to check them out anyways, so the opportunity presented itself as a coworker and I had some time between office visits to make a coffee run. The first thing I noticed was that there were a lot of young moms in the shop. Either a Pilates class just let out, or there’s a young moms run club that meets here weekday mornings. Screaming babies, huge collapsible strollers, and heavy-duty baby bags – no wonder these women needed coffee! Pretty soon, though, the crowd settled to the run of the mill, Apple laptops, trendy glasses, and headphones plugged in. I think some people were closing some deals in there – serious business, people! I wanted something different, or just an order with a cool name, so I went for the Foskolina. It was iced, with a fruity coffee bean taste to it, and no sugar needed! It’s one of their cold brews that is made perfect just the way it is. No substitutions required. They had a wall of powdered flavors that looked pretty interesting, from butterscotch, to amaretto, toffee crunch, and toasted marshmallow. They’re in a good location as far as Pensacola’s downtown area, and there’s another coffee shop across the street(see my review for Bodacious Brew). I couldn’t pick between the two because I found things I loved about each of them individually to merit them 5 Stars. Next time I’m in Pensacola, I will have to make a stop at both!

Great atmosphere. Decent prices, ok quality, friendly staff. Very uncomfortable chairs. Not great for longer visits. Would have been 4 stars if you can get some padded chairs. I like Drowsy Poet better overall.

Cute coffee shop in downtown Pensacola! I love, love, love going to local coffee joints around home(Chicago ‘burbs) and also when I travel. I spotted Fosko while in downtown for dinner on a Friday night and made note to visit if I had some down time between family events and obligations. Saturday morning provided with a small window to time to grab a coffee before the day’s activities so my fiancé and I stopped here. First of all, the staff was very friendly and extremely patient, since we had a big order(5 drinks total). The woman who rang us up was very knowledgeable as well and helped guide me to a beverage similar to a frappuccino, which is their frappé. Be sure to check out the chalkboard, which shows you the different types of flavors they have available. We ordered: two small(12oz) soy vanilla lattes(hot), one double espresso, and two caramel latte iced coffee frappes with whipped cream and whole milk. The shop was quiet with just one man occupying a small table toward the front, so I didn’t feel terrible for my big order. Oh, and we had to order twice since we got the 5th drink at the last minute. She offered us a tray as well, which was really helpful. The drinks were made quickly, and everyone enjoyed what they got. I got to try some of the caramel latte frappé and I liked that you still got some coffee taste, despite its sweetness. As for my small soy vanilla latte, it tasted great and had the right balance of espresso to milk to vanilla flavor. Atmosphere wise, their menus hang from an exposed brick wall. A black granite countertop is directly across from where you order. They do have non-dairy milk(soy and almond) in small, stainless steel carafes so you can put those in your coffee if you want. I definitely thought that was a neat touch since I haven’t seen soy or almond just out on the counter like that at other coffeehouses(both local and chain) that I’ve visited. There isn’t a lot of seating up front(maybe two tables?), but there is more in the back. I absolutely loved the sign out front and snapped a picture of that before we stopped in. The only downside would be that I couldn’t find a yummy looking pastry, which was a bit of a bummer since I adore sweets, especially in the morning(when I probably shouldn’t be having them, but have them anyway… ‘coz you know… life’s too short not to eat sweets). The pastry case if off toward the side and kinda by the tables where people sit so I found it hard to peek at their offerings without feeling like I was in someone’s way. I’d definitely swing by this place again if I’m even in the area and would definitely have if we’d stayed in Pensacola a little longer. Anyway, if you’re in downtown Pensacola and need a pick me up, give this place a try! The great tasting coffee served by friendly and knowledgeable baristas is definitely well worth it! Oh, and for our 5 drinks, it was $ 19.83(excluding any tip we left), which isn’t bad and comparable to the big box coffee chain.

I love this cute little coffee shop, my cappuccino was delicious(and very hot!) next time I’ll ask for a few degrees cooler as my taste buds were burnt. The atmosphere is darling and the service was good. I’m in love with their golden espresso machine! Will be coming back.

I went to several coffee shops in Pensacola, and this is the one I returned to. The staff on both occasions were gregarious and attentive. Their cold brew knocked my socks off, and their coffee options told me they are serious about the craft. The focal point of the space is an authentic espresso machine from my dreams. I didn’t try their food options, but judging from the coffee quality they are probably on point with their baked goods. 5 stars for originality in a city rapidly becoming a relevant must stop for food, brew and coffee.

I’m not going to judge«Fosko’» by croissant alone, that would be so u fare, as they are using some inferior store bought brand. But, they could corner the market on selling really good stuff, that I don’t have to microwave. Yes, I know it sounds bad, no they really are a great coffee house. They don’t have blasting music, they have great music. It’s a quaint little shop, with friendly service, and a real good barista. She made a lovely Café Au Lait. Just on a marketing standpoint. Fosko is not only the big dog on this side of the block, they’re the only dog on this part of the block. They can really focus on that, because there are only two coffee shops on Palafox at opposite ends of each other. The other coffee shop should not be competition for walking traffic; however, they do a very good baked goods business. Both make excellent coffee. This is when competition is good. They are the new kid on the block, they’re run well, friendly staff that makes great coffee, but they need to partner up with a bakery not a store that sells baked goods.

This place has lots of potential. Friendly staff, knowledgeable too. I got a Carmel latte($ 3.39) and it was great. I’d like to come back and try other options to Note to management: You need coat hooks in the ladies bathroom. These are crucial, trust me.
