Not real impressed with the new menu & name, which it re-opened under on Friday Jan 8th, 2016. New website is The receipt stated a 15% tip would be 1.61 on a $ 10.00 order, so they are including tax in that. Beware.

Mediocre food. Poor attitudes. Inconsistent hours. Tried it several times over the years. Not traditional Thai food by any means. Totally American frozen«thai» food. Recently we walked in at 7:55 with the intention to grab food to go, they told us to leave because they wanted to close early… jasmine fusion closes at 9pm… We told them we wanted just an appetizer to go. They said to please leave because they just wanted to go home. No wonder this place is always empty and has to do a lunch buffet. Rude rude rude and overpriced frozen tasting no flavor food. Real Thai food has a million distinct flavor profiles. All I taste is plastic and disgusting attitudes. How can you charge 5.99 for the same food for a buffet then 17.99−22.99 for an entrée for dinner. Go to Royal Orchid in Destin or Taste of Thai in Gulf Breeze! You’ll thank me!!! I’ve been going for ten years!!! It’s like a tropical destination !!!

While the majority of the food was good, the pad thai lacked any sauce that it was listed as having and the beef was undercooked. The martini my fiancé ordered was lack luster and when asked about it the server informed us that the bartender doesn’t think it’s good either so she might change the recipe since everyone complains it’s bad. These are obviously not issues worthy of a one star review, but when a COCKROACH crawls across our table that is disgusting! The server was mortified and attempted to apologize, yet a manager never came to apologize or speak with us. As a former server who worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years, I know this is 110% unacceptable on management’s part! I will be contacting the health board.

I decided to try their lunch buffet for the first time yesterday. Summary, the soup wasn’t fresh and the general tso chicken was soggy. And after drinking my sweet tea, and paying for my bill I realized there was a small ROACH in my cup. Since I had already paid, they didn’t offer to reimburse me and just offered a free meal on my next visit(which will not happen). Feel free to eat here but keep your eyes open for the unexpected.

Very limited buffet options for $ 8 lunch. Decent food, no beef items. Mostly chicken, salads and noodles. About 30 items max.

First time visiting and the experience was A-OK… Ordered the following items… — Thai Tea = on point and refreshing! — Crispy Coconut Cream Cheese Wonton plate = not bad. — Pad Thai(vegetarian w/tofu and eggs on the side) = not impressive. Note, I’m a huge fan of Pad Thai as I order it every time I set foot into any Thai restaurant(hence I’ve consumed this dish from a number of places). Here, the noodles were NOT the usual semi-flat noodles; instead the noodles represented spaghetti-like noodles? The taste was okay. They ran out of the Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango(sad face). A pro — they’re able to accommodate spicy-ness level requests. Re: service… The waiter was friendly though it seemed as if he was rushing us. FYI — per their menu, they offer cooking classes(taught by the owner and head chef). Anyway, the one downfall for me was the Pad Thai…

They have a 2 for 1 special. I ordered a sushi roll that said the order is two rolls. I should have got 4 rolls as I had ordered two of the rolls. Was told that the menu had already taken into account the 2 for 1 deal but none of the other descriptions reflected that. The bus pans of dirty dishes were overflowing and the busboy was more worried about chatting up the waitress. Multiple tables needed bussing. The lady behind the bar didn’t seem very familiar with their menu and although there were only 4 folks at the bar she seemed bewildered and overwhelmed! Got home and the sushi was barely edible. My daughter and I each ate about half of one roll and trashed the rest. Will never step foot inside of this place again. If I was able to give a half of a star that would be too much!

This is our go-to place for Pad Thai in Pensacola. The food is good, staff is friendly, and it is conveniently located. My only issue is it needs a very thorough cleaning — top to bottom. Our last visit included sticky tables and a broken chair, which were both corrected promptly after pointing it out to our server. It’s definitely worth a trip if you are looking for some good food at a decent price.

This is the place for Thai food in Pensacola. We love the shrimp Penang curry especially, though I’ve had nothing that wasn’t good. The building is old and shows it, but if you can overlook the age and wear, you’ll enjoy the food. The only time I’ve had bad service was a prom night, which clearly had the staff completely overwhelmed.

Pretty good place. Service was average and staff was friendly. I will note that it was not very busy when we went in there. On average only 4 – 5 tables had customers. Those coconut cream cheese wontons that all the other reviews raved about — disappointment– they taste just like any other rangoon full of cream cheese… maybe they forgot the coconut on ours. The spring rolls were okay. We got the mangosteen martini and it was not good and did not meet the flavor expectations we had for the drink. The martini is one of the reasons I didn’t give this place a 4. They also don’t have club soda or sparkling water… you have a bar, how can you not have that in the soda gun? Maybe the waiter just didn’t know any better. I had the pineapple red curry… honestly, the curry was good, but there was no point in having pineapples in that curry lol. My coworker had the drunken noodles and she orders that every time we have thai food and she seemed pretty happy with the taste and spice level. If we were here longer, we would return.

Great restaurant. Went on Father’s day and it was really, busy. The staff did a great job keeping up and double covering each others table. I skipped the buffet and went for the Pad Thai and Beef Panang Curry off the lunch menu. It was great. Definitely a place that I will be visiting more often.

This place is always great! Today is the busiest we have seen it. Staff was attentive and food was good. I recommend eating from the menu and not the buffet but that is just my opinion.

Buffet type meal with the buffet wait 10 – 20 minutes. Then the pad Thai didn’t taste right. Plastic in a drink. Not what I expected.

Service was awful and the waitress very inexperienced and read us ingredients of 7 different items when we asked for recommendations. The drink came watered down Then after we ordered appetizers the waitress and manager argued for about 10 minutes loudly at the entrance. We ordered sake and she never brought it. When we mentioned it 15 minutes later She blamed it on the bartender being busy while there was only 1 person at the bar. I walked up to get the manager and the waitress was asking the bartender how to make it. When she came back she brought only 1 cup. The manager was with her and by then we had tasted the satay and the the chicken was not cooked thru When we talked to the manager she argued with us We told her the chicken was not cooked and the manager argued with us again. We finally left without eating.

Moved back to Pensacola and have been looking for a good Thai restaurant. This is not it… At least not for lunch. The buffet had few selections and nothing Thai with the exception of a couple soups. The food was tasteless with very little spices. Search continues…

Delicious meal. My husband’s portion of curry was quite generous. The restaurant smelled a bit musty. Like it needed some fresh air. Service was friendly yet professional.

Went with a group of people who had never been before. The service was quick and adequate. The four newcomers got their meals in a decent amount of time, but my meal didn’t come and no visit to the table by the waitress to explain. I finally went to the hostess to inquire and was told«They forget. It will be out in a little bit.» The rest of my party had nearly finished their meals by the time my Pad Thai was delivered. The Pad Thai was was smaller than I had in the past and the heat wasn’t nearly as high(I ordered HOT). I would be more inclined to let this slide if they had just admitted their mistake and offered some kind of apology. I don’t often think that a reduction in the price of the meal is warranted, but in this case it was. I learned a long time ago that substitution is the most effective way to show your dissatisfaction. Bam… done.

This place has the best THAI food in Pensacola. The waitress Victoria was awesome, she’s very quick and very polite. I HIGHLYRECOMMEND the Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai(sort of tastes like Laotian fried noodles), Papaya Salad(PEPPERRECOMMEND: **THAIHOT&SOUR**), Larp, and Thai Iced Coffee.
