Nice place and a great concept. The classic burger was very good and presentation was very nice. The fries are not normal Mcdonald fries but traditional ones. To make the fries better get the truffle ones, they were very delicious. The chips leave a little to be desired, a little burned and not real tasty. Lots of drinks to chose from, you will not go away thirsty. Service was fair. Good place for a Saturday lunch.

I had heard so much about this place, I checked the Unilocal!reviews, as I always do, and decided to take my parents here for lunch while on their visit to Pensacola. This place is located downtown and parking can be difficult to find it you don’t want to walk, but its worth it! We had the bacon chips to start and they were just meh, maybe fried in bacon, but they didn’t taste infused. My Dad had the usual, cheeseburger and fried and he raved about it. Mom had a patty melt and also raved(although she says everything is the best she’s ever had, lol) and I had the chicken wrap and it was really good. service was a little slow, but it was packed and we were seated pretty quickly. They have spiked milkshakes, which sounded good, but our waitress actually shied us away from ordering any, so I have to assume they are a great concept, but don’t really taste all that good. I’ll be back!

The burgers are wonderful and the spiked milkshakes are amazing, but everything seems very chaotic and unorganized as no matter what time of day or week you go you’ll be waiting at least half an hour for a shake and another half hour for your food. The seating is also way too crowded.

I had really high expectations that fell flat. The service sucked and the food was sub par. The concept of marking on the menu is great but the food tastes generic and the meat is extremely under seasoned. The macaroni and cheese tasted like stouffers, the coleslaw tasted like it came from Walmart, the chili on the chili cheese fries tasted canned, and the overall experience was just made worse by our waiter who failed to supply us with silver wear until five minutes after our food arrived. I do not recommend bringing your family and paying for this when you can make it 10X better at home.

Anyone who doesn’t give this place 5 stars is crazy. If you are in Pensacola and want a burger, why would you go anywhere else?! Amazing food! Bonus– alcoholic milkshakes are the bomb.

All hype with nothing to back it up. A regular double burger was $ 20.00 alone! Service was slow. Just overpriced and underwhelming. Was wishing I had gone to 5 Guys instead.

I hope our experience was a first and last for ANY person eating here. So here it is short and sweet: Ok not a good first experience! Food was great, service was mediocre and seating was awkward at best and ended with a big ass roach crawling across the floor towards me that I promptly squeeshed

Really good burgers. We had the crab cake burger, sushi burger, and the smoked lion fish dip. Ah-mazing! I’d give it 5 stars but it doesn’t quite compete with the burger spots I’m used to in Atlanta.

Okay I don’t want to say this place was bad. Because my food was delicious. It was wrong, but I was so hungry I ate it anyway. My husbands was also wrong and he was not very pleased. Our server did apologize, there were just so many errors. I was supposed to have an onion bun I got my burger in a spinach wrap. Missing half of what it was supposed to have. I got my husbands fries and he got mine. Half of my stuff for my burger was on his and half was missing. Not really sure we will be back.

They have a large selection of burgers and toppings, but the meat didn’t have flavor. I asked for my mayo on the side a little late, and was told it was already on the burger. When it came out the burger was open with the mayo on the lettuce on the top portion. They could’ve easily replaced the lettuce and gave me mayo on the side. I couldn’t take more then 3 bites. My husbands burgers they forgot the egg, and when he pointed it out she didn’t offer to get one– she kinda walked away without saying a word… Weird. The Mac and cheese was yummy and fries were good. I would save your money and go elsewhere for a 12 $ burger.

I can’t get into this place. It’s a great concept but the delivery isn’t there. The spiked milkshakes are pretty awesome– athough they once added some kitchen grease in with my 17-year-old sister’s not spike vanilla milkshake, tasted like fish – gross! The burgers are just so-so. I mean it’s not a fast food burger but it’s just a step above. I’d actually prefer Five Guys and I’m a local restaurant person. We’ve given it about five tries since we live right up the street but the kicker is the service. Doesn’t matter when you go. There has only been one other group in the restaurant before and our food has still taken more than an hour from order to plate. And mine has been wrong four out of the five times. The hostesses also need some customer service because despite being as friendly as can be they’re more interested in their phones or talking to themselves. Tin Cow, I wanted to like you but I guess I can’t win?

A couple of friends had suggested the Tin Cow to me, and I finally got around to trying it out. I can’t believe it took me so long to try this place out. I was under the impression based on the way that friends had described it to me that it was like a Five Guys, but if anyone is from Atlanta it’s more of a Yeah Burger plus a great bar feel. I came in with a party of three on a Wednesday night, and it was packed. We had to wait about 20 minutes, but there was room at the bar to sit at. The atmosphere was, well, cool. It’s a full service bar that serves customizable burgers and alcoholic milkshakes. Pretty good, right? All of their Signatures sounded(and looked amazing), but since I couldn’t decide which one to order I decided to go with the Design Your Own option: + ½ lb angus steak(medium) + Brioche bun + Smoked gouda + House pickled onions + Baby arugula + Roma tomatoes + Roasted garlic aioli + Side of french fries Absolutely amazing. The burger was cooked to the right temperature, the ingredients were all fresh and flavorful, and they didn’t douse the burger with the sauce I ordered. All of the food came out hot and timely despite the packed house and large parties present. I also ordered a Peanut Butter Cup milkshake(«Whipped Cream Vodka, vanilla liquor, peanut butter and chocolate syrup»), and it tasted just like a peanut butter cup to be perfectly honest. There was liquor in it, but you couldn’t taste it other than the flavor it was providing which is perfect to me. You know that struggle of trying to drink a milkshake when you first get it where it doesn’t come through the straw? Well, good news everyone! This problem was not present at the Tin Cow, so order a milkshake and have no fear. Overall, this is a must in Pensacola especially if you’re trying to get away from seafood.

Where’d the SPAM burger go?! I’ve been here several times over the past few years and the main reason are for the spiked milkshakes! I’ve tried the following flavors and they’re all delish at $ 7.50 each! Cookies and cream(my fave) Cinnabon Peach cobbler Pumpkin spice Pecan pie Snickers(non-alcoholic) The Greek burger is also very flavorful but when they first opened the SPAM burger was my fave with add-on of a fried egg(YUM!)

One of my favorite restaurants downtown on Palafox. Truffle fries are to die for, literally. In my opinion better than the duck fries at Hopjacks(also on Palafox). My favorite burger is the«sushi burger» it’s the best of both worlds! Seared tuna steak, daikon, ginger, kimchi I think idk I don’t make it I just eat it. Oh and came here one time on Gallery night, called and made a reservation for my friends and I. We were able to explore downtown without having to stay at the restaurant until our table was ready. Conveniently got a TEXT message when our table was ready from an automated text messaging service — which by the way you cannot text it and ask if your table is ready.

This place is just like the chain burger restaurant known as The Counter. At The Tin Cow You are given a sheet of paper and a pencil and you basically build your own burger or choose from a preset combination of ingredients. A lot of the preset ones looked very delicious but I ended up just making my own. The only thing I really want to mention is that you can add Spam and an egg to your burger – this may be the big driving force for why I am giving 4 stars. And speaking of stars, I don’t know why this place only has an average of 3.5 stars because it surely is a solid 4. There was a wait, albeit short, but service was great, food came out in a timely manner, and the quality/taste was apparent. You can’t go wrong eating at a joint like this if you’re craving a yummy burger. If I ever come back, I want to check out the spiked(alcoholic) milkshakes. Great location near lots of other POIs and a good spot to bring a big group.

Great burgers! I love grabbing a local burger, and I would say this place the one to go to for the local food. I got a plain angus burger, cheese, and bacon. I got the bacon infused chips on it too, barbecue sauce on the side. The burger took a few minutes to get, even though there were a few other tables waiting. I was pleased with the wait time… Not too long. Burger tasted amazing! Fully satisfied and for $ 9 you can’t get more full. Definitely will return.

Nick was our server, he’s awesome, even on gallery night when they’re packed. Food was delicious as always: + fried pickle spears with ranch. + Chicken & bacon sandwich on brioche + an angus burger on kaiser(so juicy)

Hands down a true gem located in downtown Pensacola, FL Tin Cow boasts some of the most flavorful burgers in town. With a variety of meats to chose from for example: Bison Vinson Kobe Chicken Turkey & the list goes on to even include crab cakes or for those vegetarians boca burgers are offered. The variety of delicious alcohol infused milk shakes are to die for. Carmel Apple, Red velvet, salted camel & many more to select from. If your looking for a cheap eat this isn’t the place but it’s so worth the money spent. I would’ve given 5 stars had it not been for our extremely inattentive waitress June, her lack of concern & customer service was so poor I had to take off not one but two stars, next time I visit I’ll be sure to mention not to be seated in an area where June is working. Overall cool casual environment & a place I’ll surely return to; maybe I’ll get yo update & give the 5 stars.

Hands down best burger of my life. Tibet is a second up. but only if you like Yak burger. But enough about my travels to cooler places than Pensacola. The Tin Cow is where it’s at if you want an awesome burger. Like I would ask a girl to marry me here, it’s that good… and it’d allow me to come back once a year!(BAM-see what I did there?) You choose the toppings with a grease pencil and a laminated menu. Cool idea. Tons of toppings to choose from, lots of different stuff you wouldn’t normally see, but would definitely want to try. Truffle infused french fries? WT effe?! Where has this place been all my life? Milk shakes are legit. Try the white russian variant or some 50 other choices. Virgin or not, they’re all great. Good bier selection for the brah’s and plenty of fine cocktails for the chica’s.
