Great atmosphere, Very friendly staff, and one of the best burgers you can find. I will be back.

Went to Tippy’s a few times during the Hobie 16 North American Championship regatta. The Puerto Rican sailors hosted an awesome party at Tippy’s. I really liked the outdoor area with the sand, feels like drinking at the beach. Thank you Tippy’s! That rum squall party was so fun!

Great local dive bar! Best burgers on the west side of town, fair prices and a cool crowd. Also the Tiki Bar is back open in the back complete with outdoor stage and picnic tables! A must stop in the west side of Pensacola.

We were coming home from the westside, and my husband finally talked me into stopping at Tippy’s. We were so impressed. The drinks were strong and delicious and the atmosphere was friendly. Ryan was awesome! Highly recommend!

In the year-and-a-half interim between my last update and now, I have had many sandwiches and other meals at Tippy’s. You may not trust my judgment based on some of my other contrarian reviews, but I promise you that Tippy’s has one of the best burgers in Pcola. Thick, juicy, full of flavor, and comes with perfectly cooked fries for $ 7.95(I think). I don’t know how much they weigh, but I would guess around ½ pound. I always leave knowing that I had a lot to eat. If you haven’t yet tried this place, you should if you like a great burger.

Yo — check it out — Tippy’s Tavern is off the chain. OK, OK — enough of the American Idol quotes. I made a new discovery this week — Tippy’s Tavern on Barrancas Ave. Tippy’s has long been a local watering hole favored by the westside peeps. But the really exciting news is that Tippy’s in just 6 weeks into a brand new restaurant! Tippy’s is serving up a great selection of American style cuisine including grilled/fried fish, a basic cheeseburger, fries, chili by the bowl, and a GREAT fried pickle appetizer. The food was hot & tasty, and the prices were very reasonable. Restaurant hours are only Wednesday-Sunday from 11am-8pm, so time your visit correctly. And sadly, Tippy’s has declared themselves to be non-dog friendly(even though they have a great outdoor patio area with a side gate for access). So be sure to leave your fur feathered friends at home.
