I cannot say enough great things about Carlson’s. I had a forever bracelet made out of a 40 year old diamond my grandpa had given my grandma who gave to me. A few years later I wanted to revamp it to make it two-toned. The bracelet is more stunning than I ever dreamed. When getting it fitted the gentleman wasn’t happy with how it came together and made sure to make changes until he and I were both happy. Very friendly people and amazingly beautiful jewelry.

In 1997 I lost my father to lung cancer. I had some of his lesser worn pieces of jewelry and wanted to do something very special with the gold. I had friends who had gotten ‘Forever Bracelets’ from Carlsons, and I had always been a fan. Armed with my gold and an idea for a design, I headed for the shop. The bracelet turned out beautifully. With Julie’s assistance, I chose a small square diamond to add to the simple design and I couldn’t be happier. I still wear the bracelet to this day, and 17 years later it still brings a smile and reminds me of my dad. Highly recommend this shop — Gary, Julie and crew run a professional, caring and quality business.

My husband gave me an heirloom ring for our engagement ring. It needed some work done and I wouldn’t have taken it anywhere else. We needed to design a wedding band which Julie helped with and she did a great job of talking me through the process and answering all my questions! They fixed the shank, created a band and soldered them all together for us. The price was very reasonable and the work spectacular! I get compliments on my ring every day! The service at Carlson’s is fantastic! I would recommend them for any jewelry work!

Lost a small diamond from a ring purchased on vacation. Needed it replaced/repaired and Carlson’s did it quickly and redid the white gold around the band of the ring as well. It was cleaned and sparkly and better than new! Great customer service and attention to detail!
